I was able to get in and see Dr. Alvarez in a very short amount of time and her physician assistant and Dr. Alvarez were very attentive and helpful with any questions that I had. My care was established and I feel like I have an excellent team to help me achieve my health goals. I highly recommend Dr. Alvarez and her practice. 11/25/2024 I want to give a big shout out to Heather at this office. She went above and beyond to help get a clearance letter typed up for me and I am so grateful. This is the very best office in Temecula as far as I’m concerned because they really care about their patients.

Carla Rosa: I work in an ER so i avoid hospitals cause i see how staff treats people and that makes me not want to go! But today i went to southwest for the first time and had a great experience from beginning to end! Its literally been 10 years since i had been in an ER! The nurses were so helpful and patience and especially nice! Made me feel comfortable! All hospitals are currently so busy but they treated me with priority either way got me in and out of there! Saw the PA Tom also great! I wish i had gotten the nurses names they were both so sweet and helpful!

Bluesky3815: Was asked to arrive 10 min before appointment which I did, however, I had to wait an hour in the lobby. Was in the process of leaving when staff came out to bring me back for appointment. Appointment lasted about 10 min because of insurance issues. I had not been previously contacted by United Healthcare or my insurance so the appointment was a waste of mine and the Dr’s time.

Vivian Soto: Horrible. Yes that is my first word on here. The nurses are amazing the staff is over all very nice. Now that doctor Laura, is the bad person here. She denied my FMLA leave mind you I was working is sanitation services. CHEMICALS. I even went homeless and every visit she kept asking what was my job. She doesn’t even bother to remember her patients let alone actually care for them. She even tried getting me on insulin when I did not even need it. She tried giving me every diabetic “medicine” in the book. My glucose were never that high. But maybe she was. Very rude when you try talking to her she will just talk over you so please don’t waste your breath. I do not recommend this “doctor” to any pregnant momma especially the new moms to be. Please avoid the headaches. I hope I save some from going through what I went through. I denied the 3rd 3 hour glucose test due to being bruised by the pokes from not finding my veins. And because I refused she tried forcing me again to do it or be transferred, glad I transferred instead. BYE. No thank you . Zero stars if I could. Please save yourself and your unborn child.

I am considered high risk for miscarriage and found myself with new insurance and pregnant and not having established care anywhere yet and made an appointment here. I know the insurance I have and I know I need a prior authorization in order to be seen at the high risk obgyn clinic. They refused to even see me to write the prior authorization. Funny that cuz to me that really just says "we dont want to treat you but we dont want you to be able to be treated elsewhere either" this place either lacks compassion or critical thinking skills

Nicole Razon: Great urgent care experience. I booked an appointment for my mom, and she was called back right after we checked in at the front desk. The location is convenient for us. The staff were professional and kind, and the clinic itself is modern and clean. The whole process was really fast. My mom’s medical concern was minor, so it was a simple check and a prescription for an antibiotic. It was definitely faster than our experiences at the Minute Clinic and other urgent care clinics in the area, and I’m sure having an appointment helped. The wait time can be long without an appointment, which is pretty standard for urgent care, so I’d recommend booking ahead if you don’t want to wait for hours. Overall, it was an easy, professional, and great experience. Would highly recommend!
