Melissa Lupercio Doctor Christine Padilla has been great I feel she really addresses my concerns and gets the ball rolling on any referrals needed. I’ve only had positive experiences with every doctor NP, PA as well as assistants and front office. The way the staff works together makes the flow move quickly. I’ve never had to wait always in and out.

Dawn Allen I have had a wonderful experience at your clinic! I just Jen, she was so thoughtful and thorough. She actually called me on her own time to check on me!!! Who does that? Jen did. But sadly she has left. Now I saw Christine and shes so sweet. Ive seen her only once so I cant really rate her care yet, but I get good feelings about her. She seems very knowledgeable. I just wish your office had a patient portal like my last doctor did, where I could write him a message of importance and he would answer me back within hours. Thats so important when you have scary things happening to you and you cant be in contact with your PA for days, or weeks. But all and all Im satisfied with Temecula medical group.

Michael Peralta Office staff in the front lounge area on initial visit was a turn off and wasn’t very welcoming or friendly. This was my first time at this office and wasn’t pleased from start to the end. Dr Tae, seemed to be more interested in looking at his phone vs my medical concern 80% of the time. All he did was take a quick look and my pulse, asked me a question that didn’t pertain to my issue/visit that was addressed. Not even a X-Ray or anything else was initiated in regards to my issue. Just because it visually looks fine, doesn’t mean it is. I’m still in pain. Mike P

Greg Richards Facility was clean, comfortable and well staffed. Staff is very responsive and friendly. Dr. Gounder is very professional and unlike a lot care providers, he actively listened to my concerns and help build a great plan of care. Vibes are good here.

Norma I love having her as my doctor. She not only listens to you, she reads your chart and makes sure you are up to date with your blood work etc. She may have time restrictions with her patients but she doesn’t rush you.

I was able to get in and see Dr. Alvarez in a very short amount of time and her physician assistant and Dr. Alvarez were very attentive and helpful with any questions that I had. My care was established and I feel like I have an excellent team to help me achieve my health goals. I highly recommend Dr. Alvarez and her practice. 11/25/2024 I want to give a big shout out to Heather at this office. She went above and beyond to help get a clearance letter typed up for me and I am so grateful. This is the very best office in Temecula as far as I’m concerned because they really care about their patients.

Amber T N.P. Dani Thomas is truly awesome! Finding a doctor’s office you like can be challenging. The staff at the front are nice and friendly as well. When I found this office and had my first appointment with Dani, she listens and takes my concerns seriously. She’s kind and makes me feel completely comfortable with any topic of medical discussion. I have now gone to her for years and it was my best choice choosing her. I’m not a fan of going to the doctor’s but knowing I have Dani who my appointment is with, I’m not nervous and I know I’m in good hands.

Jonathon Montanez This was my first visit with this office and my first visit with a primary in almost a decade and it was the BEST medical visit Ive ever had. Every single one of the staff took the time to treat me like a human, patient or family member. The NP Evelyn spoke with me as if I were a friend and made me feel more comfortable than Ive ever felt speaking about medical concerns. The office is clean and organized, the staff is extremely friendly, efficient and funny. This is how a Dr office and visit SHOULD be. Im so thrilled to have found a new home for my medical care.

Sommer McDaniel This Primary Care office has been a God send genuinely. I had nearly 4 years of negligent care before coming here. When I first became a patient of Dr. Gomer, I was not at all sure what to expect, because with me, he was going to get a mess thrown into his lap. However, Dr. Gomer and his team have been really patient, have been willing to work with me, get me in when I need an appointment, and been willing to change referrals when necessary. Over the years, my symptoms had exacerbated. You get apprehensive about calling as much as Ive had to, but they have not made me feel bad about it or brushed me off. I really appreciate the care Ive gotten here so thank you Dr. Gomer and staff!

Matt Clark Very thorough first appointment. Took the time to understand my situation and set forth a game plan that I was comfortable with. Lots of educational pieces as well. I’ve seen a handful of cardiologist in the Temecula Valley over the 18 years I’ve lived here and after one appointment I think he is a keeper.

Carolyn Burgin Dr. Chung is the best Cardiologist in Temecula. He is so kind, understanding, and he take the time with his patients to ease thier concerns, answer questions and doesnt leave his patients until he know they are good. Hes been my Dr. for 9 years, I have never wanted to switch to any other Dr. He doesnt try to push pills on you, and respects your concerns and anxieties about your health and medications. He is very straight forward but very kind. His staff is top knotch as well.

Marcus Nerey Clean comfy room for my sleep study. Very much like a nice hotel room. Definitely recommend bringing your own favorite pillow as the ones provided are not as comfortable as I had hoped but still decent. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Bharat I recently visited Dr. David Chao, MD, at 27699 Jefferson Ave Suite 201, Temecula, CA. While he was pleasant to talk to, the appointment felt like a one-way conversation. He seemed uninterested in addressing additional concerns and had already made up his mind about the course of action. After briefly checking in, he mentioned an on-premises ultrasound and then said an MRI was needed before disappearing from the room. We waited for a long time, only to find out he had gone to lunch without informing us of the next steps. The staff eventually explained that Dr. Chao would decide on the next steps after the MRI results, but none of our other concerns were addressed. We were left without any information, and I was very unhappy with the experience. Despite this, he will charge the full amount to the insurance. I cant understand how he has good reviews on Google; they might be fake. I would not recommend visiting Dr. Chao.

LRee Burns Neither Doc, anesthesiologist came out after meniscus procedure to let my husband or I know how everything went or what was done. I was extremely nauseous after being put under, called office to ask for anti nausea meds. No return call. No follow up at all. I had to call to schedule an appointment for follow up. To be honest, the receptionist sounds like she’s falling asleep too! Not sure they will be my go to for other knee. Very disappointed.

renna best I was so touched by Dr. Poste warmth on my first appt. It’s important to me that my primary listens and respects my opinion as much as I do theirs. She is easy and comfortable to talk to. I love the fact they I can reach her easily via text anytime. I’m looking forward to a long partnership in care with her. I was forced due to insurance changes of my primary after 14 years. I chose Dr Poste and I’m so glad that I did. I’m very impressed and very happy she’s my new primary. Change is hard but she has made the transition easier.

Nicole Razon Great urgent care experience. I booked an appointment for my mom, and she was called back right after we checked in at the front desk. The location is convenient for us. The staff were professional and kind, and the clinic itself is modern and clean. The whole process was really fast. My mom’s medical concern was minor, so it was a simple check and a prescription for an antibiotic. It was definitely faster than our experiences at the Minute Clinic and other urgent care clinics in the area, and I’m sure having an appointment helped. The wait time can be long without an appointment, which is pretty standard for urgent care, so I’d recommend booking ahead if you don’t want to wait for hours. Overall, it was an easy, professional, and great experience. Would highly recommend!

Glenn Carvin Pleasant and quick reception/check-in. Clean and modern office. I was a walk-in, no appointment, but it was a bit of a slow day so I only had to wait about 10 minutes. PA Nick escorted me to the exam room, listened to my reason for being there and asked questions to be sure he understood. He quickly did the necessary tests and explained his diagnosis. He ordered medication from my pharmacy. I was in and out of the office in less than half an hour. This was my second visit to this office in the past six months. Both times- great service!

Ms. Geisinger was professional, efficient, knowledgeable, courteous snd possesses excellent listening skills!!!
