1 /5 Lindsey Ruscoe: I wouldnt recommend this physicians office. Ive had a few issues but the more recent issue was the icing on the cake, when they billed me $50 to tell me my blood test results were of no concern. A less than 3 minute phone call. They gave me wrong information, and my insurance even called to figure it out. She told me shes never heard of an office not offering to put a hold on a bill before being sent to collections less than 6 months old. Just save yourself, this physicians office isnt worth the sneaky bills and they dont work with you at all.

1 /5 Death One The Orange (Oranged): She was negligent with paperwork causing me to lose a week’s pay at work. She was not sympathetic to the situation she put me in. Also no one even reviewed my MRI until I asked them too.

5 /5 Terry Quinn: I saw Dr Uttaburanont last week via a telemed call and it was such a delightful experience. She answered all of my questions and seemed genuinely interested in me. Although she was very professional, our conversation was lighthearted and comfortable. I would highly recommend Dr Uttaburanont as a primary care practitioner.

1 /5 Stephany Davis: Terrible experience with Michelle Uttaburanont. Took me weeks to even get an appointment to discuss abnormal bloodwork. On the phone she was highly insensitive and dismissive. Repeatedly stating that what I’m going through is not urgent and I can simply just wait three months for answers and help from a Rheumatologist because she would Not even nowhere to begin with blood work needed to diagnose a specific auto immune disease. Such a waste of time. As far as the medical group in general, I’ve used the Fallbrook office And all the stuff there were kind and courteous. Someone also did reach out to me from the office asking about my experience with this doctor. Advised you steer clear of her.

5 /5 Victoria Ringer: I have been with Rancho Family Medical Group for a little more than 2 years and they have always treated me with respect and kindness. I recently started working for them and that treatment has continued. I enjoyed the Makena office incredibly and I even changed my PCP to Dr. U! Amazing staff and efficiency!
