I made Dr. Paul my primary over a year ago and its been the best decision Ive made for my health in years. She always gives me direct clear answers on my questions and guidance with each visit made fun with her lively fun attitude towards life. I would recommend Dr. Paul to anyone, especially Seniors and VA. Thank you Dr. Paul for everything.

I recently had an encounter with this process. I consulted with a doctor for my VA claim, and upon submission of the report, it was forwarded to Heal Medical Group for a “REVIEW”. It was disheartening to learn that they concluded my claim was not service-related. This decision was made without a personal consultation, which I believe is crucial for a comprehensive understanding of a veteran’s health condition. If you are a veteran and your VA claim process involves Heal Medical Group, I would recommend requesting a different medical office for a more thorough and personal evaluation. This could potentially increase the chances of your claim being accepted.
