Santa Monica Medical Center Emergency Room - Santa Monica
Bahareh Ramezani: UCLA Emergency Santa Monica sets the gold standard for emergency care. From security to reception, nurses, doctors, and imaging specialists, every staff member was exceptionally kind, professional, and efficient. The nurses were incredibly compassionate, and the doctor was thorough and highly skilled. Despite being an ER, the waiting time was under three hours—a stark contrast to UCLA Westwood. This facility feels like a five-star medical center, offering top-tier care with unmatched efficiency. Highly recommend!
UCLA Nethercutt Emergency Center - Santa Monica
Chris Fry: I thought the nurses were just great. I always compare them to my mom who is a nurse at St. John’s and they were just as great as my mom the doctor was a young doctor. A few of them actually examined me. I could tell that a lot on their mind, so probably resident or something of that nature so they were not unfriendly, but they were just you know that a lot of patients to see so I don’t didn’t hold anything against them and there was another Doctor Who was great and it was great experience. everyone was very nice. Truly believe you for the most part, get better tear and teach hospital for me. It’s happened twice where the doctors at once at St. John’s once at torn somewhere they couldn’t figure the symptoms out and they didn’t really try too hard to go about finding out that UCLA that took blood. It took your ear and they came back with a diagnosis, it was a resident after both times that basically save my life to a degree I mean, I’m sure the blood test revealed but other doctors would need to know but it was an amazing experience. Everyone was nice and before you know they all came about 15 people came in. They all talk to me and give me you know what I had to do to get better, which was stay there for a couple days with antibiotics, really powerful boy that was horrible and I had to go home to home health for a couple months. It was endocarditis. It was infection of the heart but great experience. Great doctors.

Martha MBatalha: A 10 min appt with a simple strep throat test cost us more than $1,000. It is just ridiculous.
UCLA Health - Santa Monica
Lola May: Completely inefficient and horrible traffic to even reach a simple consult. Located in horrible area with doctors and staff with zero empathy.

Lory Butler: Dr Ko its amazing! But the parking situation and and the employees are the worst. The DMV employees are friendly next to them. They look bother by the kids.
Great Care Medical Group - Santa Monica
Marcus Gran: After waiting for weeks to get an appointment, I finally got it. I then tried to follow up about the appointment for another several weeks and simply could not reach anyone but their answering service who would always promise someone would call me back. Of course no one did. I tried 10 times before I gave up and just switched to another doctor. 2-3 months of time wasted where I could have been getting treated. I swear this must be a front for a criminal enterprise or something because how hard is it to answer the damn phone...?
Tia Womens Health Clinic Santa Monica - Santa Monica
Shaun Holmes: Went to my first appointment at Tia, and I had a fantastic experience here! The interior is beautifully decorated and feels super welcoming. All the staff were so so kind and made my first visit such a breeze. Dr. Stephanie was incredible and took so much time to answer my questions! Highly recommend joining Tia!
Santa Monica Womens Health - Santa Monica
Sierra Hawk Hilt: Ive never experienced this kind of interaction with a medical office before. I was looking for an Gyn doc and found Dr. Klevens listed as in my medical insurance network and accepting new patients. She has amazing reviews online so I contacted the office to book a new patient appointment with her. I first submitted a contact form but after several days decided to just call. When I did call there was a 19 person line ahead of me - which is just wild. But hey, they have a keep your place in line and get a call back option so I went with that. Once I finally did get a call back, the front desk woman who I guess schedules appointments was plainly rude. I initially asked to make a new patient appointment with Dr. Klevens. The woman asked who referred me and I replied no one, because my insurance is PPO. She then informed me that Dr. Klevens runs her practice differently and only accepts referrals. If I wanted to come there, Id have to pick a different doctor - and starts listing out other available doctors. I found this extremely odd because Dr. Klevens is listed on multiple websites (SMWH, SJPP, etc) as "Accepting New Patients". If she only accepts patients through referrals, perhaps that should be stated? Regardless, I then asked how to get the referral to see Dr. Klevens - would I just need to get one from my GP then? The woman says no, it has to come from one of the doctors Dr. Klevens works with or from a patient. Flabbergasted, I asked which doctors she works with and the woman paused then said, VERBATIM "You wont be able to come here" Excuse me?? Something very odd is going on at this practice, the whole thing was beyond bizarre.
UCLA Health Santa Monica Neurology - Santa Monica
Yassine Charifi: I had an extremely disappointing experience at this neurologist office . From the moment I arrived, the staff was unprofessional and dismissive. The wait time was unreasonably long, despite having a scheduled appointment. The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful, making the entire visit even more frustrating. The African American front desk was unprofessional and not wanting to help me at all. She said, "How about someone else can help you. I asked for the manager, which turned to be worse than her staff. These people should not be working in healthcare at all. Healthcare should be about compassion and professionalism, but unfortunately, this office lacked both. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for quality care and respectful service. Would you like me to tailor it further based on specific details of your experience?
