Lory Butler: Dr Ko its amazing! But the parking situation and and the employees are the worst. The DMV employees are friendly next to them. They look bother by the kids.
Great Care Medical Group - Santa Monica
Marcus Gran: After waiting for weeks to get an appointment, I finally got it. I then tried to follow up about the appointment for another several weeks and simply could not reach anyone but their answering service who would always promise someone would call me back. Of course no one did. I tried 10 times before I gave up and just switched to another doctor. 2-3 months of time wasted where I could have been getting treated. I swear this must be a front for a criminal enterprise or something because how hard is it to answer the damn phone...?
Tia Womens Health Clinic Santa Monica - Santa Monica
Shaun Holmes: Went to my first appointment at Tia, and I had a fantastic experience here! The interior is beautifully decorated and feels super welcoming. All the staff were so so kind and made my first visit such a breeze. Dr. Stephanie was incredible and took so much time to answer my questions! Highly recommend joining Tia!
Santa Monica Womens Health - Santa Monica
Sierra Hawk Hilt: Ive never experienced this kind of interaction with a medical office before. I was looking for an Gyn doc and found Dr. Klevens listed as in my medical insurance network and accepting new patients. She has amazing reviews online so I contacted the office to book a new patient appointment with her. I first submitted a contact form but after several days decided to just call. When I did call there was a 19 person line ahead of me - which is just wild. But hey, they have a keep your place in line and get a call back option so I went with that. Once I finally did get a call back, the front desk woman who I guess schedules appointments was plainly rude. I initially asked to make a new patient appointment with Dr. Klevens. The woman asked who referred me and I replied no one, because my insurance is PPO. She then informed me that Dr. Klevens runs her practice differently and only accepts referrals. If I wanted to come there, Id have to pick a different doctor - and starts listing out other available doctors. I found this extremely odd because Dr. Klevens is listed on multiple websites (SMWH, SJPP, etc) as "Accepting New Patients". If she only accepts patients through referrals, perhaps that should be stated? Regardless, I then asked how to get the referral to see Dr. Klevens - would I just need to get one from my GP then? The woman says no, it has to come from one of the doctors Dr. Klevens works with or from a patient. Flabbergasted, I asked which doctors she works with and the woman paused then said, VERBATIM "You wont be able to come here" Excuse me?? Something very odd is going on at this practice, the whole thing was beyond bizarre.
UCLA Health Santa Monica Neurology - Santa Monica
Yassine Charifi: I had an extremely disappointing experience at this neurologist office . From the moment I arrived, the staff was unprofessional and dismissive. The wait time was unreasonably long, despite having a scheduled appointment. The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful, making the entire visit even more frustrating. The African American front desk was unprofessional and not wanting to help me at all. She said, "How about someone else can help you. I asked for the manager, which turned to be worse than her staff. These people should not be working in healthcare at all. Healthcare should be about compassion and professionalism, but unfortunately, this office lacked both. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for quality care and respectful service. Would you like me to tailor it further based on specific details of your experience?
UCLA Health Santa Monica Pediatric Specialty Care - Santa Monica
UCLA Health Santa Monica Pediatrics - Santa Monica
天: A guy with an accent at the front desk said that vaccines arent administered here if youre on Medi-Cal. Then I asked if I pay out of pocket, can we still get it? He said sarcastically that no, unless they want to lose their license because they report everything, no. It felt discriminatory. I understand if its a simple no, but I wasnt asking anything illegally, knowingly. A lot of places, dentists, womens care facilities, CVS: if your insurance doesnt cover it, you can. So I dont even know what he was on about, but it was heavily rude treatment.
UCLA Health Santa Monica Orthopedics and Sports Medicine - Santa Monica
Jeremiah b: I had an exceptional experience at UCLA Orthopedic in Santa Monica on 1/2/25. I arrived just three minutes before closing, yet the team went above and beyond to accommodate me. The doctor fit me in, took X-rays, evaluated my condition, placed me in a splint, and referred me to an incredible specialist who was able to schedule an appointment just two days later. I want to express my gratitude to everyone in the office who stayed late to take care of my injury. Their professionalism, dedication, and compassion were truly outstanding. Thank you for going the extra mile—your care made a difficult situation much easier to manage. Highly recommend this office for anyone in need of orthopedic care!
Anita M. Gorwara, M.D. - Santa Monica
marissa viscomi: The bad reviews on Dr. Gorwara genuinely frustrate me because if it werent for Dr. Gorwara, my health would likely be in a very different place. When I faced an unexpected and terrible medical situation, I saw many different doctors, from specialists, to urgent care visits, to ERs — and Dr. Gorwara was the only one who got it right, and treated me accordingly. It only took her one visit to let me know what was happening with me. While it wasnt the news I may have wanted to hear, I am so grateful I had her to figure out what so many others couldnt. And not only was she a good doctor in that moment, but she even cared enough to have my back and call the other doctors I had seen that messed up my diagnosis. She truly cares and shes good at what she does. Highly recommend Dr. Gorwara and am so grateful for her care.
