5 /5 Chris Fry: I thought the nurses were just great. I always compare them to my mom who is a nurse at St. John’s and they were just as great as my mom the doctor was a young doctor. A few of them actually examined me. I could tell that a lot on their mind, so probably resident or something of that nature so they were not unfriendly, but they were just you know that a lot of patients to see so I don’t didn’t hold anything against them and there was another Doctor Who was great and it was great experience. everyone was very nice. Truly believe you for the most part, get better tear and teach hospital for me. It’s happened twice where the doctors at once at St. John’s once at torn somewhere they couldn’t figure the symptoms out and they didn’t really try too hard to go about finding out that UCLA that took blood. It took your ear and they came back with a diagnosis, it was a resident after both times that basically save my life to a degree I mean, I’m sure the blood test revealed but other doctors would need to know but it was an amazing experience. Everyone was nice and before you know they all came about 15 people came in. They all talk to me and give me you know what I had to do to get better, which was stay there for a couple days with antibiotics, really powerful boy that was horrible and I had to go home to home health for a couple months. It was endocarditis. It was infection of the heart but great experience. Great doctors.

1 /5 Amanda Nelson: I stayed there with my sister for 3 days and it seems as if none of the nurses have a personality and they dont show the same compassion as the Westwood UCLA nurses. There are only a handful of nurses that DONT have an off putting personality. The kitchen did not follow the guidelines provided for my sisters specific diet and continued to provide undercooked eggs even though she was on a low bacteria diet. The nurses dont seem to care for the patients needs as much as expected, only the bare minimum. I was extremely disappointed simply because I expected the same top-notch customer service that we received at Ronald Reagan.

5 /5 Madeleine Brancaccio: Thank you to the amazing doctors, nurses, and healthcare workers that helped me at the ER! I felt like I was in good hands, got imaging/diagnostics promptly, and the process was smooth. I would definitely recommend this ER to a friend in need!

2 /5 Emily T: Weve had to take my husband three separate places over the last 6 months for the same pain in his side. Ucla was the best we went to in timeliness, but they charged us up the butt. A difference of $200 for the same treatment elsewhere to over a grand out of pocket here, after insurance. Nearly $6,000 before insurance. There is no way they did anything worth that much money.

1 /5 Jay Davies: Doctors are right out of school and with a few exceptions are arrogant and give poor care. They overdosed my dad who is 83 on anesthesia and he didnt wake up for 5 days they overloaded his kidneys and they havent started up again since. Kidney doctor comes about every 4 days is doing nothing. When we asked for a second opinion we were told by Doctor Neha "this is not a concierge service hospital " originally came for plasma pherosis but they didnt bandage the temporary catheder properly and my dad got a sepsis infection Nursing staff is hit and miss care partners are good but over worked
