Arroyo Oaks Medical Group Inc - Thousand Oaks
Chuck Rogers: The doctors and their assistants are good, but the other staff are not a pleasure to interact with. Thats on top of the fact that this organization will not accept Workers Compensation cases. I have a MRSA infection from working at a hospital (Its contract security; were neither paid well or receive good benefits). Ive had to struggle to find care ever since I discharged from Los Robles Hospital. My joints hurt weeks after getting surgery, and I cant make an appointment to see any of the doctors that I saw there. Every time I call, I get the same response: "We dont accept Medi-Cal patients, cash patients, or Workers Comp. patients." It feels as though everyone is just going to keep letting me end up in the E.R. until I either die or spontaneously recover. What a sick joke.

Sabree Hamel: I Traveled to Los Robles Medical Center to have a cardiac ablation By Dr. Natale, Aided by practitioner, Kelley McKenna. Since learning about this team, I have gotten more help more information than the full year plus I’ve been helped locally. I know that with my long-standing persistent atrial fibrillation My best hope for thorough results was with Dr. Natale and two weeks later I feel the same. I will return for my next procedure a Watchman implant, without hesitation. The staff at Los Robles was stellar. Shout out to the following people and more that I’ve forgotten names. I’m so sorry. Prep & surgery : Kristen, Pam, Sheena, and especially Jose whose jovial personalty throughout and big smile was the first thing I saw when waking up. Kyle, Resident anathesiologist who kept me pain free & still breathing. My care team during recovery,: Daniel & Mariselle, & especially Zack, RNs. Pedro, respiratory therapist, care team member Par and Dr Perez who made sure I was still cognizant. Thanks so very much to everyone I interacted with, Sabree

Oaks Internal Medicine - Newbury Park
Wendell Ho: Dr. Siddiqui has been my primary care physician for over 15 years. Caring, compassionate, thorough, and up to date, are words that best describe the quality of care from the office staff to the exam room. You never get the feeling you’re just a name and number on the back of an insurance card, but actual person. Long waits in the waiting room and the feeling that you’re one of too many patients the doctor has scheduled for the day just isn’t there. I recently signed up for her concierge care which raises the experience I just described to an even higher level. There was a time when doctors came to your house to care for you and your family, 24/7. Dr. Siddiqui’s Concierge Care isn’t quite that, but pretty close. Heaven forbid I become incapacitated and my family was relying on a doctor’s consultation to make life altering decisions for me. I can think of no finer person and doctor to be there for my family and I. I would highly recommend Oaks Internal Medicine.
Camille Wedlow, MD - Thousand Oaks
Steve Morrow: Dr. Wedlow is my PCP and the best. She has such a soothing demeanor and has always given me great care. I would not hesitate to refer to anybody.
Southern California Orthopedic Institute - Westlake Village
Atom Pilot: The day after my carpal tunnel surgery, SCOI sent in the paperwork to my employer( Los Angeles County Fire Department ) that I had no restrictions and I was returned to full duty. Unbeknownst to me. My hand was bandaged and I was in quite a bit of pain. When the “return to work department “ called and asked why I wasn’t at work I explained that I had just undergone surgery. They told me what SCOI had sent in to them. I went into SCOI to get the form changed and they refused to make any corrections. If you have a worker’s compensation injury that requires surgery, definitely avoid SCOI as they put you back on duty within minutes of you getting out of surgery.

Yifang Ren: Got surprised bill of over $1500 for an ultrasound! Previous Communications Ignored: Prior to the appointment, I made two phone calls to your facility and sent detailed emails to my physician, explicitly stating that based on my dense breast tissue and previous ultrasound outcomes, further mammograms were unnecessary and ineffective for my condition. I also expressed a desire to avoid unnecessary radiation exposure. But they insist to let you do the mammograms for a surprised bill of over $1100! The ultrasound itself is only $400. They racked their brains to make you pay more!! Lack of Transparency and Consent: At no point was I informed about the additional digital screening procedure nor its associated costs. I have already sent multiple messages over the past few days with no response from your team. It seems that these replies are more focused on managing public perception rather than genuinely resolving issues.
