5 /5 Sabree Hamel: I Traveled to Los Robles Medical Center to have a cardiac ablation By Dr. Natale, Aided by practitioner, Kelley McKenna. Since learning about this team, I have gotten more help more information than the full year plus I’ve been helped locally. I know that with my long-standing persistent atrial fibrillation My best hope for thorough results was with Dr. Natale and two weeks later I feel the same. I will return for my next procedure a Watchman implant, without hesitation. The staff at Los Robles was stellar. Shout out to the following people and more that I’ve forgotten names. I’m so sorry. Prep & surgery : Kristen, Pam, Sheena, and especially Jose whose jovial personalty throughout and big smile was the first thing I saw when waking up. Kyle, Resident anathesiologist who kept me pain free & still breathing. My care team during recovery,: Daniel & Mariselle, & especially Zack, RNs. Pedro, respiratory therapist, care team member Par and Dr Perez who made sure I was still cognizant. Thanks so very much to everyone I interacted with, Sabree

5 /5 May D.: I just had my heart valve replaced by Doctors Fontana and Jamali at Rob Robles hospital. From the day I visited Doctor Fontana office, I was impressed by the level patient care and attention. The team was skilled , dedicated, detailed and cautious in taking each step. The medical team visited me every day. Reviewed, questioned and treated me with outmost care and attention. The whole team exudes confidence and as a patient that is so assuring and comforting. Doctor Fontana and his team are for sure the standard to measure all others. They are the best.

5 /5 Gwen K: I recently was gob smacked, as I was asymptomatic, to be told I needed an aortic heart valve replacement. I was referred to the Cardiovascular Institute of Los Robles Health System to make an appointment. I am not an easy patient as I research and question and challenge—well everything—but especially as I am for my 78 years active: hiking, gardening, walking and felt fit, and in better shape than younger friends, and no meds. The suggestion of surgery of any kind results in me going in to melt down panic mode. As negative and as big a pain as I can be I need to sing the praises of those that put up with me through the entire process. At the front desk, Ana and Renee, Paloma, my Medical Assistant, Kelly Hall, Physician Assistant, Dr. Fontana, Surgeon. I had many appointments and recognizing the urgency they rushed through insurance clearance for needed tests. Kelly was amazing and professionally slapped me up the side of my head, with detailed explanations and the need to get me to reality—I now see he was a blessing. At every visit I felt welcomed and never rushed to get me in and out. All my concerns and questions were answered. I know they know what they are doing and have years of experience and it must have seemed as if I challenged their knowledge—BUT, I was never made to feel stupid. If I could give them twenty stars I would.

5 /5 Gilda Rinkel: I have been very fortunate to be patient of Dr Natale’s for about 13 years. He is a master electrophysiologist and a very kind and considerate man. I have always traveled from Southern California to Austin Tx to see him. In the last 10 months I have seen him at the Cardiovascular Associates of Los Robles and have been very satisfied. The office staff is courteous, friendly and professional. I love their “follow through!” Kelley McKenna is an amazing “plus” to the office and Dr Natale. She has the ability to connect with people and make them feel comfortable, even in an uncomfortable situation. She is an incredible source of information and knowledge. Kelley is compassionate, super organized, thoughtful and follows her patients closely. This office seems to work very well together, all to the patients advantage!
