5 /5 Veronica R: I went for a women’s wellness exam. Dr. Wedlow was very thorough, warm and kind. All of my requests for exams/blood work were promptly ordered and I felt that she was very caring with my concerns. On a side note, the Pap smear is literally my least favorite exam. Dr.Wedlow explained everything beforehand, and she was very gentle. Definitely the best experience I have ever had with this exam. Excellent and highly recommended.

1 /5 Jamie Walker: I havent been a patient of Dr. Wedlows for very long. I was established under Dr. Jane Lindberg who retired. I havent had a great experience with Dr. Wedlow or the staff at Dignity Health. This review is focused on the experience with the office more than the Dr. I have to date, left 4 voicemails with the records department and have yet to receive a call back or to reach someone on the phone. I requested my medical records on 12/30/2022. I understand that the law is 15 business days from the time the request is received - however, I cant even get an acknowledgment that the request was received. This was also after the staff gave me the wrong phone number of the records department in the first place. They really dont seem to be able to answer questions appropriately. I would not recommend trusting your health to this facility. Im happy to have transferred my care, but will be happier once my records are received so that I can move forward in accessing better medical care than what was provided at this facility.

5 /5 Gstettenbauer Cynthia (Cindy): I agree with the post by Jennifer a year ago. My husband and daughter now see her too. Nobody really has the time to waste sitting in reception rooms. Most doctors seemed to not listen, but Dr. Wedlow definitely listens and if very compassionate. When you are a multiple health problems project, someone who will listen is a rare and wonderful find.

Mike Elkins: Being able to get in touch with anyone at this clinic is next to impossible. 15 minutes on hold to reach a nurse to figure out orders from the doctor that could not be read, and were not sent to my home health provider, so we were trying to figure out what to do. Stop being lazy type the orders out before you send them out on my chart, make sure they get sent to home health providers. And dont be a rude ass when you get called out for not doing your job.

Ellen Robert: Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive staff. Very welcoming and motivating atmosphere. Its one of the things Ive missed most during the covid-19 pandemic. I felt safe and supported after my heart surgery and continued a membership for several years, which was only interrupted by covid. This was one of the high points of my day and I look forward to going back.

Alejandra: The wait time was extremely long, and my child was getting sleepy. Even the EMTs who brought us there seemed annoyed. When we finally got in, there werent any available rooms, so we had to wait in the hallway for about 10 minutes. But once we got a room, we met all the doctors, and everything went smoothly. The doctors were very helpful and explained everything clearly. They quickly tended to my child, making sure to ask if we had any other questions or concerns.

Patricia Martin: I have received great service at the Ellison Center. However, they need to do something about the situation in the parking structure next to the Ellison Center. During the week, I cannot find a place to park. They should have more handicapped parking. I usually have to park on the 3rd level, when I can find a space. If you need to have blood draws, go on a Sunday when the parking structure is almost empty.
