3 /5 Patricia Martin: I have received great service at the Ellison Center. However, they need to do something about the situation in the parking structure next to the Ellison Center. During the week, I cannot find a place to park. They should have more handicapped parking. I usually have to park on the 3rd level, when I can find a space. If you need to have blood draws, go on a Sunday when the parking structure is almost empty.

1 /5 Casey B.: For over a year Ive tried to see a doctor here. Their website says they accept new patients but thats a lie as Ive tried calling multiple times to see someone and literally all the front desk will say is "were closed and do not accept new patients". Whats the point any more

I strongly recommend that no one go here for services because WITH my really good insurance I was charged $234 just for a flu vaccine, my depo birth control injection and urine pregnancy test that they forced me to take in order to get my birth control injection. Upon calling billing and asking about these charges, they charged me two separate fess for diagnostics and two separate fees for my flu vaccine. According to billing, although you are just being seen at the FAMILY CLINIC, they go ahead and just double charge you for everything because they’re charging you for using the clinic AND the hospital. I sat inside that clinic room for nearly two hours with absolutely no help just waiting for my flu vaccine and birth control injections. If Davis Family Medical Group and completely taking advantage of people and I just think it’s plain wrong. They ran my urine test in the clinic, the actual hospital was never used for anything yet they decided they would charge me double for everything. This is outrageous, I can literally receive all these services at planned parenthood for free with my same insurance, I just thought it would be a good idea to establish care with a physician but not if I’m going to be taken advantage of and be charged double for everything. What you guys are doing is wrong. If I didn’t have insurance, how would anyone be able to afford this? You guys are monsters.
