1 /5 Mike Elkins: Being able to get in touch with anyone at this clinic is next to impossible. 15 minutes on hold to reach a nurse to figure out orders from the doctor that could not be read, and were not sent to my home health provider, so we were trying to figure out what to do. Stop being lazy type the orders out before you send them out on my chart, make sure they get sent to home health providers. And dont be a rude ass when you get called out for not doing your job.

1 /5 Beverly Khosh: I have, unfortunately, had nothing but terrible experiences with the entire orthopedic department. First, it takes 4-5 MONTHS to get an appointment. Second, the team is marginal at best. Third, follow up is abysmal. I sent a message 2 weeks ago to my doctor as I had questions about a procedure and still have not received a response despite the message being marked as “reviewed by staff”. The phone staff, while nice, are completely clueless as to handle inquiries. I finally gave up and went to UCSF - a night a day experience.

1 /5 Pecos De Mi Anima: Scandalous U.C.Davis clinic you never see the Dr you are supposed to see you see a resident whos license the Dr you are supposed to see is working under who never comes in to see you or a fellow this clinic needs to be investigated by the California medical board it takes forever to be called into room even though there no one else in waiting area then. Another 45 or more minutes for resident or fellow to come into see you Do not reccomend this clinic if you can go to sutter or dignity health clinic

1 /5 Jacqueline Holden: I was referred to Dr alum for hand surgery and I have reached out to his RN for a date of surgery 3 times now and have never received a call back . I’m a caregiver so I need a date for surgery so I can make plans for my clients. At this point I need to find another Dr!

5 /5 nicole carroll: We have had nothing but good experiences here. Both of my sons have had bad injuries and have been taken care of completely. Surgery went great and healed up with no issues!
