Los Robles Hospital & Med Center: Harris Arthur MD - Thousand Oaks
Oaks Internal Medicine - Newbury Park
Wendell Ho: Dr. Siddiqui has been my primary care physician for over 15 years. Caring, compassionate, thorough, and up to date, are words that best describe the quality of care from the office staff to the exam room. You never get the feeling you’re just a name and number on the back of an insurance card, but actual person. Long waits in the waiting room and the feeling that you’re one of too many patients the doctor has scheduled for the day just isn’t there. I recently signed up for her concierge care which raises the experience I just described to an even higher level. There was a time when doctors came to your house to care for you and your family, 24/7. Dr. Siddiqui’s Concierge Care isn’t quite that, but pretty close. Heaven forbid I become incapacitated and my family was relying on a doctor’s consultation to make life altering decisions for me. I can think of no finer person and doctor to be there for my family and I. I would highly recommend Oaks Internal Medicine.
Camille Wedlow, MD - Thousand Oaks
Steve Morrow: Dr. Wedlow is my PCP and the best. She has such a soothing demeanor and has always given me great care. I would not hesitate to refer to anybody.
Southern California Orthopedic Institute - Westlake Village
Atom Pilot: The day after my carpal tunnel surgery, SCOI sent in the paperwork to my employer( Los Angeles County Fire Department ) that I had no restrictions and I was returned to full duty. Unbeknownst to me. My hand was bandaged and I was in quite a bit of pain. When the “return to work department “ called and asked why I wasn’t at work I explained that I had just undergone surgery. They told me what SCOI had sent in to them. I went into SCOI to get the form changed and they refused to make any corrections. If you have a worker’s compensation injury that requires surgery, definitely avoid SCOI as they put you back on duty within minutes of you getting out of surgery.
2020 Sutter Place Care Center - Davis
Yifang Ren: Got surprised bill of over $1500 for an ultrasound! Previous Communications Ignored: Prior to the appointment, I made two phone calls to your facility and sent detailed emails to my physician, explicitly stating that based on my dense breast tissue and previous ultrasound outcomes, further mammograms were unnecessary and ineffective for my condition. I also expressed a desire to avoid unnecessary radiation exposure. But they insist to let you do the mammograms for a surprised bill of over $1100! The ultrasound itself is only $400. They racked their brains to make you pay more!! Lack of Transparency and Consent: At no point was I informed about the additional digital screening procedure nor its associated costs. I have already sent multiple messages over the past few days with no response from your team. It seems that these replies are more focused on managing public perception rather than genuinely resolving issues.
UC Davis Medical Center Ticon l Building - Sacramento
David Bergsvik: I went to the Cancer Center at UC Davis Med Ctr and was very impressed. Nice facility, competent staff, and most importantly, doctors of renown within their specialty. I went for a second opinion and Dr Gandara had international recognition as well as being a Professor Emeritus at UC Davis. I was very pleased with his consultation and personal interaction.
UC Davis: Orthopaedic Surgery - Sacramento
Mike Elkins: Being able to get in touch with anyone at this clinic is next to impossible. 15 minutes on hold to reach a nurse to figure out orders from the doctor that could not be read, and were not sent to my home health provider, so we were trying to figure out what to do. Stop being lazy type the orders out before you send them out on my chart, make sure they get sent to home health providers. And dont be a rude ass when you get called out for not doing your job.
UC Davis Health, Center for Health and Technology - Sacramento
UC Davis Outpatient Clinic - Davis
David DaSilva, M.D. - Davis
Syed Yasir Saeed: My PCP was unavailable, so I saw Dr. David DaSilva. It was 1st time with Dr. DaSilva. I did not have to wait long, and he was very courteous and thorough.
