2020 Sutter Place Care Center - Davis Yifang Ren: Got surprised bill of over $1500 for an ultrasound!
Previous Communications Ignored: Prior to the appointment, I made two phone calls to your facility and sent detailed emails to my physician, explicitly stating that based on my dense breast tissue and previous ultrasound outcomes, further mammograms were unnecessary and ineffective for my condition. I also expressed a desire to avoid unnecessary radiation exposure. But they insist to let you do the mammograms for a surprised bill of over $1100! The ultrasound itself is only $400. They racked their brains to make you pay more!!
Lack of Transparency and Consent: At no point was I informed about the additional digital screening procedure nor its associated costs.
