My squeamish daughter had a shot to fill cavities and I didnt hear a single peep or complain. My youngest son was crying and uncooperative at first, but she worked her magic and actually was able to fill his cavities as well. This is a boy who wouldnt even let the doctor check his ear. Highly recommend her alone on her dedication to her patients and explaining in simple terms their dental conditions. Ability to work with kids is icing on the cake!

My niece went here for orthodontist treatment. We were constantly neglected, and ended up having to find a new orthodontist who made an initial report about the awful conditions and procedures of the Dr. Virays work and we had to seek legal counsel and are in the process of suing South Bay Dental Center!
My niece needed to go to therapy and medical centers due to her pain and stress this place had caused her!
They also never refunded us for treatment that I paid in full after I asked for a partial refund for the remaining treatment since we were not going there anymore. However, the office manager refused and said it was against their policy so we had to seek legal counsel for damages and negligence.
Rose Park Dental - San Jose Justin Smith: Dr. Nguyen and her team have provided quality dental care to my family for years. I highly recommend their dental practice. Both my daughter and I had our smiles completely aligned and restored by their treatment. They also provide cleaning services, fix cavities with modern dental imaging and techniques. I had an old implant with no records, and Dr. Nguyen went the extra mile to track down the exact match for the hardware! They are always concerned about patient comfort and do a thorough job. I have had a lot of dental work done, and their office provides top notch service.

K&T Dental - San Jose Janet Vong: My family switched to Dr. Thinh Tran about a year ago and the experience has been great. Dr. Tran is very gentle and does an excellent job on cleaning and explaining things to you. Staff is all very nice and Kim is also very good at explaining insurance and ways to save money. They also offer warranties for dental implants and crown. Highly recommend this office!
AZ Dental - San Jose - San Jose Kevin Ferguson: Great experience! This was my first visit, and I was here for a standard 6-month visit. We recently moved and I was establishing new care. I was able to get a next-day appointment at my desired time. The front desk administrators were friendly and promptly checked me in, verified my insurance without any issue, and gave me a standard amount of paperwork to fill out for a first-time visit. I was taken back without any delay to start my 3-part appointment. First were the x-rays. The technician was professional and compassionate. Its never a comfortable experience having objects lodged in your mouth and being positioned for a radioactive photoshoot, but the technician helped me make the best of it. Next was the cleaning. The oral hygienist was thorough, gentle, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to "talk" with during the process. Finally, a professional and friendly dentist reviewed my x-rays and prescribed my next appointments for some minor cavity filling. The administration at the front desk quickly scheduled me for a timely 6-month follow-up and also my cavity filling at my requested date and time.
5 star service. No complaints. I look forward to continuing my dental treatments here.

Dr. Nguyen clearly excels in her craft and possesses a repertoire of skills that go beyond what you would find in an ordinary dental office. What I liked the most was that she showed me my cavities by having me look in the mirror. I also had questions about what was covered. Fantastic Family Dental: Doris Lin, DDS - San Jose Ken Chen: Dr. Lin is very knowledgeable, thorough, nice and caring throughout my crown process. She communicated all the steps and details I need to know to take care of the crown during and after the procedures. She deeply cares about her patient and their dental health. Her office staff are nice and patient hosting the check-ins and scheduling my next appointment. It was a wonderful experience at Fantastic Family Dental. I would recommend Dr. Lin to anyone who needs dental care.
