5 /5 Kevin Ferguson: Great experience! This was my first visit, and I was here for a standard 6-month visit. We recently moved and I was establishing new care. I was able to get a next-day appointment at my desired time. The front desk administrators were friendly and promptly checked me in, verified my insurance without any issue, and gave me a standard amount of paperwork to fill out for a first-time visit. I was taken back without any delay to start my 3-part appointment. First were the x-rays. The technician was professional and compassionate. Its never a comfortable experience having objects lodged in your mouth and being positioned for a radioactive photoshoot, but the technician helped me make the best of it. Next was the cleaning. The oral hygienist was thorough, gentle, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to "talk" with during the process. Finally, a professional and friendly dentist reviewed my x-rays and prescribed my next appointments for some minor cavity filling. The administration at the front desk quickly scheduled me for a timely 6-month follow-up and also my cavity filling at my requested date and time.
5 star service. No complaints. I look forward to continuing my dental treatments here.
