Hanh Tran My almost 4 yr old daughter was referred here by our general dentist. She needed major work done that required anesthesia. I was very nervous that she had to be put to sleep for a 2 hour procedure. But everyone working there was fabulous! So, caring and communicated very well each step of the way. Everyone I encountered was so nice from the front desk staff, the dental hygienist, billing admin., anesthesiologist, and the dentist. They were very organized and upfront about the cost and what’s the next steps will be. Dr. Victoria was awesome and I appreciate her kindness. She thoroughly explained everything and she went above and beyond. She even reached out and checked on my daughter a few hours after the procedure. I am so grateful for all of them. I highly recommend them!

Violet Maldonado We were able to get in as a new patient for an emergency chipped infant tooth within a few days. Office exam price was reasonable for getting squeezed in for an emergency exam. They recommended a checkup a few months later and our second experience was great! My mother took my daughter to her appointment and they had a great time. They were sweet and efficient with my 2 year old. She even made the no cavity club and got a certificate! Love this place! So happy it was recommended by my sister and her children!

Erica Bernal We have been going to Pediatric Dentistry for about 5 years. Every single time we walk in, we are greeted by friendly and professional staff who always makes us feel right at home. The waiting room is my sons favorite area, they have a few iPads with fun games already loaded for fun. Dr. Fridgen and his team always takes the time to explain everything thoroughly and answer all of my questions with patience. The attention to detail and the comfort they provide throughout the appointments are second to none. Le Nguyen I visit this place because I believe reviwer who gave this place 5 star. But It is very very disappointed. My appt is 3:30pm and I check out at 3:45pm include check up and cleaning. So, how clean is it???? I dont know. I could tell you my RDH today is Marlyn. She is very careless, cleaning very fast with uncarefully, She poked my gum with electrical scaler without said sorry. She polish the teeth very quick too. Because she didn’t cover every tooth face. my cleaning service done in 10min. It was so horrible experience with her. I feel so bad when this place hired her and she got paid by patient without shameful. Update I am happy with their team. The manager solve this issue with professional. They care about patient’s satisfy. I was back for cleaning again with RDH Crystal. She did a great job. She is carefully when clean my sensitive teeth area. I am so glad to see her.

Anju Prakash My family and I have had Dr. Shah as our dentist since 2011. One thing that makes her a unique dentist is her attention to our gum health. In other dentist offices, you will find that the dental hygienist does most of the work in regular cleanings, and probably talks most of the time, thus making your visit unnecessarily longer. Dr Shah values yours as well as her time, performs the teeth cleaning herself efficiently, checks for tartar buildup in the X-rays before and after cleaning, and sends you home with the joy of having squeaky-clean and healthy teeth. Her hygienists (shout-out to Christina and Yesenia) are very trustworthy, compassionate, and experienced. The front office is highly efficient, very patient, do a great job with reminding you and rescheduling your appointments, and always welcome you with a smile. I have been to both the locations - on McKee Road and Capitol Expressway, and the service is equally good at both! Dr. Shah ties up with specialists for root canals, braces, wisdom teeth removal, and they are all fabulous. When on vacation, Dr. Shah’s substitute dentists have also been very good.

Shubhan Chari I’ve been with Aarisha Dental for almost 2 decades. They have the best oral care and are always very transparent with their communication. I can call to ask questions and I don’t have to wait at all. I recently had my wisdom teeth removed with them and it couldn’t have been smoother. They walked me through the process and always helped along the way. The surgery was very quick and painless, and I was surprised with how little pain I experienced in the following days. They took great care during the recovery process, and they even called me a few times throughout the week to make sure I was doing okay. Within a week I felt better than I did before. Kevin Ferguson Great experience! This was my first visit, and I was here for a standard 6-month visit. We recently moved and I was establishing new care. I was able to get a next-day appointment at my desired time. The front desk administrators were friendly and promptly checked me in, verified my insurance without any issue, and gave me a standard amount of paperwork to fill out for a first-time visit. I was taken back without any delay to start my 3-part appointment. First were the x-rays. The technician was professional and compassionate. Its never a comfortable experience having objects lodged in your mouth and being positioned for a radioactive photoshoot, but the technician helped me make the best of it. Next was the cleaning. The oral hygienist was thorough, gentle, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to "talk" with during the process. Finally, a professional and friendly dentist reviewed my x-rays and prescribed my next appointments for some minor cavity filling. The administration at the front desk quickly scheduled me for a timely 6-month follow-up and also my cavity filling at my requested date and time. 5 star service. No complaints. I look forward to continuing my dental treatments here.

Carol Caalim My son has been coming here since he was 6 yrs old and now hes 13 yrs old, the front staff is great, very welcoming, polite and explains details regarding the visit. The back staff and doctors, are great as well. They listen, care and describes details prior to dental work. This a great place to have dental work done, they are absolutely amazing.

Vi Huynh I came in to do my routine deep cleaning and the customer experience was fantastic from the moment I walked in to the time I left. I was greeted as they were expecting me. The front desk went over my cost plan for my appointment giving me reassurance. My dental hygienist was amazing. She explained what she was doing before doing it and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole procedure. Even gave me an ETA. Then after the procedure provided a Post Procedure checklist that answer all of the frequently asked questions. I even got a goodie bag for my visit! On my way out, the Scheduling coordinator was very pleasant and full of joy. Scheduled my next appointment to align with my dental insurance coverage to avoid out of pocket costs for the patient. patrice baumann I used to hate the dentist, until I went to Dr. Chang. I now go and feel very comfortable and relaxed. The assistance he has makes the whole visit very pleasant. the office girls are fantastic and its nice warming atmosphere. Carol has to be the most gentle assistant I have ever had, she stays by my side the whole time. Cindi the hygienist is great as well, she just makes you feel so comfortable. chi do This is one of the best places for teeth cleaning. Hygienists do very thorough job and super friendly. After cleaning, they always floss, polish and check your teeth pockets. Then Dr. will evaluate and discuss if any issues. Theyre very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

I initially sought treatment for a root canal and fillings, but what transpired was both unprofessional and troubling. The root canal unexpectedly turned into an extraction, during which Dr. Nguyen employed excessive force, using my face for leverage in a manner that felt both careless and unnecessarily aggressive. While the fillings initially appeared satisfactory, one began to cause significant pain after only a few days. Despite returning twice for adjustments—where additional sealant was applied—it became evident that the issue was not being resolved. Eventually, I sought the opinion of another well-reviewed dentist, who promptly identified that the filling placed by All Smiles had cracked my tooth. This was a diagnosis that took no more than five minutes, raising serious concerns about the quality and attentiveness of care I received from Dr. Nguyen. The overall approach of Dr. Nguyen felt rushed and forceful, with minimal regard for patient comfort or long-term outcomes. While a resolution was ultimately reached, it was marred by a noticeable reluctance to accept responsibility. Several attempts were made to deflect the blame onto me, which was both disheartening and unprofessional. I can only hope this tendency is not mirrored in personal interactions outside the practice. I strongly caution potential patients to read reviews thoroughly before considering this office. Based on my experience, I would not recommend All Smiles Dental to anyone seeking quality, compassionate care. It’s worth noting that certain reviews that were negative have examples of the deflection techniques. My only positive experience came from the receptionist.

Janet Vong My family switched to Dr. Thinh Tran about a year ago and the experience has been great. Dr. Tran is very gentle and does an excellent job on cleaning and explaining things to you. Staff is all very nice and Kim is also very good at explaining insurance and ways to save money. They also offer warranties for dental implants and crown. Highly recommend this office!

Kevin Cao K&T has been great to visit every time. I found this practice as I was walking along Vietnam Town and it was fairly close to my house. Scheduling was quick and easy as they were very accommodating. Dr. Tran is very friendly and knowledgeable, one of the highlights of every visit is that he really cares about your comfort and would stop every once in a while to make sure if you need anything. Raj Singh I came to Coyote Creek Dental with pretty bad tooth pain, and honestly, I was a bit nervous about what was going on. parul upadhyaya I have been coming to Bascom Valley Dental for close to a year now. Dr. Nguyen is the best dentist I have seen in the Bay Area, she is skilled and very gentle. When I went to her, I had some pretty bad dental experiences that had left issues I just was living with instead of seeing a dentist about them. She took the time to understand all of that and made a plan with me on how to rectify and fix everything. We have been following that plan ever since and all my dental issues are a history I don’t remember anymore! Her entire staff is amazing and very friendly. Getting appointments is very easy, they are very respectful of your time - the appointments always start on time, there are no delays or wait times before or during the procedures. All in all, this is a great place and I’m grateful for them!

Jesus Aguilar-Sanchez Every one is really friendly and nice. There dentist appointment are quick trust me the most youll have to wait is like 3 minutes but other than that is quick. They tend to your needs quick only thing which is probably my own judgement is medical wont cover certain specialties but other then that atmosphere is great they respect their clients and their needs. Is a little bit crazy I never heard of this dental facility but is pretty good should advertise more or expand your offices more and give your dentist and dental assistance more of pay for the great service they provide.

To start service they will text you a form to fill out online with the screening questions unless you prefer to do it on paper in person. I havent seen the dentist himself but my disabled clients that I brought here didnt have complaints, unlike many other dentists that work with low-income patients.

Graciela Gonzalez The Dr was rude , demanding and unprofessional. She talked to me behind the consultation chair I didn’t know if she was talking to me or to another patient . She asked me what type of services I expected from her , demanding to answer her question while I was dissolving a tablet in my mouth that was given to me as part of the pre-cleaning process. She rudely asked me if I heard her ,or if I didn’t understood her question I wasn’t able to talk until I got ride of what I had in my mouth . I asked her if she could fix a filling on a tooth ,and she told me to pay for it . my insurance supposed to cover a filling and I asked the day I scheduled the appointment . I asked her if she could explain the X-ray and the treatment plan I need ,and she just told me that I should get a copy at the front desk .I came out of that office so confused ,asking myself what did just happened in there ? with all my heart I regret been there. Worse experience ever , I’ve never been treated that rude and with such a bad attitude from whom supposed to be paid for good services .

Ramaprasad Kulkarni Dr. Nagesh is one of the most professional, knowledgeable, and friendly doctors I have come across. She explains all the procedures that are required to be done, the tests that are required and gives any alternate options as well. While performing painful procedures, she explains each and every detail what she is going to perform and gives a heads-up on what we could expect to feel (say pain, numbness, tingling...). She also advises on what we could do to ease the pain. Besides Dr. Nagesh, the staff at Capitol Dental are professional, friendly and helpful. Overall a very good experience at Capitol Dental and I would recommend it wholeheartedly.
