5 /5 lara: Dr. Joyce Lam did lots of dental work for me over several years. I like to go to her office when I need to because everything what she does for my dental needs works well. Her staff are always very helpful and friendly. I never wait for appointment more than 5 minutes. She is very kind, gentle, professional and using high quality dental equipment. 1 /5 Graciela Gonzalez: The Dr was rude , demanding and unprofessional. She talked to me behind the consultation chair I didn’t know if she was talking to me or to another patient . She asked me what type of services I expected from her , demanding to answer her question while I was dissolving a tablet in my mouth that was given to me as part of the pre-cleaning process. She rudely asked me if I heard her ,or if I didn’t understood her question I wasn’t able to talk until I got ride of what I had in my mouth . I asked her if she could fix a filling on a tooth ,and she told me to pay for it . my insurance supposed to cover a filling and I asked the day I scheduled the appointment . I asked her if she could explain the X-ray and the treatment plan I need ,and she just told me that I should get a copy at the front desk .I came out of that office so confused ,asking myself what did just happened in there ? with all my heart I regret been there. Worse experience ever , I’ve never been treated that rude and with such a bad attitude from whom supposed to be paid for good services .

5 /5 Nancy M: Best dentist in my area. The office is clean, staffs are friendly. Very short wait time. Dr Lam spends big money on the high end equipment. Me and my daughter are both found her very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

5 /5 Cathy Lynch: I have been going to Dr. Lams office for three years. Her office is five minutes away from my home. which I like very much. Dr. Lam is very good at what she does. Her staff is both friendly and helpful. They always get me into the dental chair within a few minutes of my arrival. The work is usually completed within the hour or sooner. If your looking for a good dentist try Dr. Joyce Lam.

5 /5 Michelle Ng: Dr. Lam was very kind and took the time to use a plaque disclosing solution to teach me about cavity prevention with concrete feedback about my brushing habits. I really appreciate the extra effort and attention to detail above and beyond my expectations of going to the dentist. Ive never gone to a dentist that did this and I agree that prevention is key to avoiding more invasive dental procedures. I highly recommend Dr. Lam and her staff!
