1 /5 Sophia Valencia: I also took my 6 year old daughter, for cavity fillings, and Cecilia told me that she needed 3 crowns, and this and that, at the end when she told me the amount it summed up for thousands of dollars, having her dental insurance that covers most of it or all. It was a ripoff, they over charge you. Cecilia is a total liar and a scammer!. Dont go there. And they dont know how to treat kids properly, they dont have patients with kids. This place doesnt deserve any stars!

1 /5 Anaid Mireles: If I could, I would leave negative 20 stars. This place is a total scam DO NOT GO THERE! They will tell you, you have cavities and you need this and that but you actually DO NOT NEED IT! Be careful all they want is your money. They did it to my mom, she’s been coming to Dr.Chen for 10+ and never seems to finish working on her front tooth. Who needs 10 years to work on one tooth? It’s been back to back errors and all they do is fake a smile and make up lies and excuses to why they keep messing up. I will be requesting all medical records and have my boss husband (a real good dentist) review everything and examine her. If I find out all he did is take advantage of her I WILL BE HIRING AN ATTORNEY!!!!! I will continue to post everything and document everything to save everyone else from this place. Also, be careful with Cecilia, she will say anything to calm you down but that doesn’t really do anything to really help you. Adding: my cousin also had a consultation and was told he had 10 cavities, when he went in for second opinion with another dentist he only had three. Hmm m. I will have him also request those results and compare them and also have that as proof that all they want is your money!!!!!

5 /5 Enon Clark: What a hidden gem! Dr. Chen and Dr. Le are very knowledgable and highly skilled. The staffs are also very friendly and helpful. Most importantly, the price is very reasonable compared to other clinics. I would highly recommend if you need a check up or any dental works done.

Matthew H Pham: Dr. Steven Han Le is very knowledgeable; he can come off as maybe abrasive, but he seems to truly care for his patients. Coming from a lower income background, Dr. Le had no hesitation in seeing and treating me with care. After my wisdom teeth removal, Dr. Le gave me a list of recommendations and also called to check up on me hours after the procedure to ensure that everything was okay. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well. They have two locations - one in Milpitas and one in San Jose. I’ve been to both locations, and both are excellent. I highly recommend Dr. Le And New World Dental.

However, Dr. Kung assessed the situation and confidently fixed the issue without resorting to such an invasive procedure. His skill and expertise were clearly evident, but what truly stands out to me is his integrity as a medical professional—he didn’t push for unnecessary treatments just to drive up costs. I was also impressed by his credentials, including his education at UCLA. I drove over three hours from outside the Bay Area to see him. It’s definitely worth it. I highly recommend Dr. Kung for anyone seeking trustworthy, skilled dental care.

Nancy: I used to be a regular patient at Dr. Zhang’s office, but my recent experience has been nothing short of appalling. During my last visit, Dr. Zhang told me I needed a filling. I said I need to think about it, and suddenly she became angry and started yelling at me, threatening that if I didn’t do it now, it could take an extremely long time to get another appointment. She opened her eyes wide and yelled, clearly frustrated because I may not do the fillings now. Her behavior was extremely unprofessional and very rude. Dr. Zhang seems to have no ethical boundaries when it comes to making money. In my case, I consulted another dentist who confirmed that I didn’t need the filling at all. Does she not feel guilty making patients undergo unnecessary procedures just to make money? This kind of conduct is unacceptable, and I am deeply disappointed. Patients deserve to be treated with respect and honesty, not as mere sources of income.
