1 /5 Nancy: I used to be a regular patient at Dr. Zhang’s office, but my recent experience has been nothing short of appalling. During my last visit, Dr. Zhang told me I needed a filling. I said I need to think about it, and suddenly she became angry and started yelling at me, threatening that if I didn’t do it now, it could take an extremely long time to get another appointment. She opened her eyes wide and yelled, clearly frustrated because I may not do the fillings now. Her behavior was extremely unprofessional and very rude.
Dr. Zhang seems to have no ethical boundaries when it comes to making money. In my case, I consulted another dentist who confirmed that I didn’t need the filling at all. Does she not feel guilty making patients undergo unnecessary procedures just to make money?
This kind of conduct is unacceptable, and I am deeply disappointed. Patients deserve to be treated with respect and honesty, not as mere sources of income.
