Cassidy: Went to urgent care, saw Kati Sylvester, she was extremely rude, never introduced herself and told me immediately she would not help me because it was "just not something she does", refused to give me a proper explanation and then walked away while I was trying to talk to her. Unprofessional and honestly disgusting behavior from someone who is supposed to be a Healthcare provider.

From the staff at the front desk to the dental assistants and support staff they are always very helpful and instructive. You feel at home here and well taken care of. The dentists have been just terrific and I’m not always an easy customer. Props to all for their wonderful support.

They were very professional and solved all my concerns when I had many questions. Dr. Johnston was also charismatic and made me feel calm throughout my visit.
