John Ma Dr. Jason Kung did an excellent job treating my six-year-old son’s molar. My son had a cavity, and several other dentists recommended a costly root canal for the baby tooth, which seemed unnecessary to me. However, Dr. Kung assessed the situation and confidently fixed the issue without resorting to such an invasive procedure. His skill and expertise were clearly evident, but what truly stands out to me is his integrity as a medical professional—he didn’t push for unnecessary treatments just to drive up costs. I was also impressed by his credentials, including his education at UCLA. I drove over three hours from outside the Bay Area to see him. It’s definitely worth it. I highly recommend Dr. Kung for anyone seeking trustworthy, skilled dental care.

Nishan Singh Dr. Jacob’s just the best, my younger sister who is 13 year had a very sharp pain in her tooth for almost a week we went to almost 4-5 dentists and some problem came up everytime. We got the appointment here the next day and the root Canal was successfully done. The filling in her teeth was done for free which costs $400. I would definitely recommend this place specially for a root canal or a tooth extraction.

Priya d I just had to share how awesome Dr. Advani is! I went to him to fix a gap in my front teeth, and wow, he did an amazing job. Dr. Advani and his team were super friendly and made sure I felt comfy the whole time. He explained everything so well. Anna Jakubczyk I had recently moved to the Bay area when I was in a cycling accident right before the holidays that resulted in two broken front teeth. My partner and I searched around all weekend for a Dentist that could fit us in. Dr. Bakdach and the team at Sunnyvale Smile Care had a very full schedule but they fit me in and made me feel like a priority. They put great care and thought in giving me temporary (and eventually permanent) crowns that looked and felt great. Their office is small. They gave me a great price as a first time visitor and told me they rely on word of mouth. I dont usually leave reviews but felt compelled to especially with that context in mind: I am so grateful to the team at Sunnyvale Smile Care for helping me get my smile back! :D

Nancy I used to be a regular patient at Dr. Zhang’s office, but my recent experience has been nothing short of appalling. During my last visit, Dr. Zhang told me I needed a filling. I said I need to think about it, and suddenly she became angry and started yelling at me, threatening that if I didn’t do it now, it could take an extremely long time to get another appointment. She opened her eyes wide and yelled, clearly frustrated because I may not do the fillings now. Her behavior was extremely unprofessional and very rude. Dr. Zhang seems to have no ethical boundaries when it comes to making money. In my case, I consulted another dentist who confirmed that I didn’t need the filling at all. Does she not feel guilty making patients undergo unnecessary procedures just to make money? This kind of conduct is unacceptable, and I am deeply disappointed. Patients deserve to be treated with respect and honesty, not as mere sources of income.

Dr. Zhang has done everything for me from fillings, crowns, and root canal with little discomfort and very fair out of pocket cost. There is no reason for me seek out another dentist.

Jerry Gonda I had a dental fillings done in this clinic 3 months ago and was having tooth pain and sensitivity for almost 2 months after the procedure. I called them to set up an appointment because the dental fillings become too painful and pain medication wasn’t really working so i went to set up an appt and get my tooth Xray. I confirmed if I need to pay for this check up for the procedure they did and they said no i do not need pay anything. After one month i received a letter from my insurance stating that i got charge for that visit. My question is why would you charge a customer complaining about pain on a procedure you did and lie about not being charge for just a follow up check up. During my dental procedure the dentist and her assistant is just talking loudly using a foreign language while performing dental procedure to me, I just found this very rude. I felt like this is the worst dentist experience i ever had and its worth sharing.

Arlene Beware!! This place did horrible dental work on me, my husband and several of my in laws. The work she did caused other infections because it was not done correctly. She did a feelingin on my tooth it became extreme sensitivity, her response was that I would have to live with it for the rest of my life and there was nothing she could do to fix it. She also uses outdated techniques to fix your teeth. On top of that she is a big gossip, the whole time I was in the chair with her she was talking negatively about other patients personal issues or random peoples fake teeth.

Alex Olin Dr. Flor Mercado was very friendly, polite, and professional. I had cleaning and liked her fast approach. Also, the lady on the phone is very nice, and quickly found a window to squeeze me in, which I greatly appreciate. The cleaning itself wasn’t perfect for me, I can see some black spots, I’m sure there is a reason for that, but for time/money, it’s all that I needed.

Carrie Zhou I had a deep cleaning in 2018, but in my first visit of Lee dental in 2019, the dentist suggest me to do deep cleaning again. I feel confused but I accept to do the deep cleaning. The deep cleaning at there only take 20 minutes. Its really short compare to my deep cleaning in 2018 took 1 hour. My teeth condition didnt make any change after the second deep cleaning. I am not sure if its necessary. This dental loss my trust so I ask them to remove my information and dont call me again. But today they call me the fourth time to make appointment to clean teeth. I am not sure if I was over treat in the second deep cleaning but I will definitely not recommend this dental to anyone.

poonam mishra I visited this clinic on Jan 2nd 2025, only cleaning & wisdom tooth extraction was done however they did charge me/provider for filling of tooth which was never done, I did call in multiple times to clinic correct that but no use. Every time I call in they finance team will check and call back which they didnt do that.

Ken Liu I had my teeth cleaned here and it’s the worst cleaning experience ever. Very rude Doctor and assistant, keep insulting the patient consistently just to promote the product(such as Invisalign). Feel extremely bad after one routine teeth cleaning. Cleaning is also very rude and painful. And they don’t ask how you feel and don’t care if you feel painful. They put the tartar removed from my teeth on my hand and ask me to hold it. I have been to other dentals never had such experience.
