5 /5 Tawny Stedman: I went just a few days ago to have 4 of my wisdom teeth removed, plus a bonus chunk from a long-fallen out root canal tooth-- and it was a wonder experience. I was super anxious about the procedure the entire time! But everyone was so kind and reassuring, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone else. It was my first time being put under for a surgery, and they explained every step of it so well, and all my questions were answered thoroughly. Post procedure, its so easy to see what a good job was done! I barely have any pain on day 2, and the swelling is so minimal. I wish I could give them more then 5 stars! They took an experience that I was incredibly scared about, and made it simple and easy.

5 /5 S. R.: Just had a broken wisdom tooth removed. The office was excellent. Staff was friendly and answered all my questions. Had anesthesia for the procedure, woke up and once I felt ready they walked me out to the car. They offered a wheelchair but I preferred to walk. Overall, excellent service. Would definitely use them again if needed.

5 /5 Shawn Scroggin: I was nervous going in to have an upper wisdom tooth pulled that started to bother me. Had I known how amazingly smooth and pain free from start to finish this would be I would have saved myself some worry and stress. The staff is very knowledgeable and kind and the procedure pain free. I have had a wisdom tooth before and a root canal, and expected some pain and discomfort even with the local anesthesia, as I usually expect the need of a second dose during the procedure since 1st dose usually isnt enough. However Dr Evans delivered it and only 1 dose needed and the tooth was gone before I realized he was done... Great experience for me and the best dental experience I have ever had.

1 /5 Robin: My mom had a horrible trip and fall, broke her elbow, and knocked her two front teeth loose.. She was 84 years old with a terminal cancer. She was very concerned about the affects of her condition... it was a humiliating and depressing illness...but to have a tooth extraction and be so cĺose her during an extraction procedure made her feel very concerned and stressed and she wanted to mask in a subtle way, her illness. So, she brought with her some natural oils to mask the affects from her cancer and the humiliation it created, however, when she sprayed a small amount of the oil, she was chastised by the doctor NOT TO SPRAY THAT Stuff. Shame on the doctor that scolded my poor mother She was humilated and embarrassed over her condition as well as was concerned about you and your staff and the unfortunate affects of her cancer. As a note for improvement: Please never shame or scold a cancer patient again. She has passed away, but you made my mother feel like she was a small child in trouble! Shameful. I wanted you to know that we were not happy how you treated her.

JN C: My son’s first dental visit was amazing! While filling out the proper documents, my son was able to make himself comfortable in the play area. Once we were called in, the nurse was so kind and allowed him to brush the teeth to the stuffiest animals. This made him more comfortable and once the dr. Ford came in, he was so willing to anything! He allowed her to brush his teeth and check how many teeth he had, even I can’t do that at home!!! Great experience overall, they even had a prize box at the end and my son didn’t want to leave! He cried and gave me a hard time getting into his car seat. Looking forward to more enjoyable time for my little one.

Tawana Fagan: I called this dentist office to see what they could do about pain and sensitivity on the left side of my mouth. I was told to come into the office. My mouth pain was never addressed, and he refused to give me antibiotics, instead, he cleaned my teeth, and said I had a tooth that needed to be filled. He then gave me anesthesia, and instead of waiting for it to work, immediately started the work before my mouth was numb. As if that wasnt bad enough, He gave me a little too much anesthesia, and I became really light headed and had to sit up. The dentist appeared aggravated and in a rush. He actually asked me a second later if he could (Get Finish). I will never go back to that office again, and I would never recommend anyone there!!!

Tonya Huddleston: Dentist Antonio Genesis advised me to get my front teeth polished at the bottom to smooth out the finish. I asked him would doing that damage the integrity of my teeth, he assured me that it wouldnt. What he didnt tell me, and what I was totally unaware of, is he took a part of my tooth the (perhaps by accident while polishing), now the material he put to cover up what he did, keeps falling out. My teeth were perfectly fine before! Now I have two front teeth that are half the width they were with a filler piece of material that falls out when I bite something hard that I will have to deal with for the rest of my life! He did all of inputting of the filler material secretly without telling me he had polished too much so he had to fill it in with a foreign piece of material! My teeth were strong, healthy, and beautiful!! Now I have to constantly go to the dentist when this piece he put in falls out and that is expensive, time consuming, and I have a very fragile weak set of front teeth now when they were absolutely stong and fine before. I am very sad about this.

Unlike every other dentist I’ve been to, this office wouldn’t do my X-rays and cleaning on the same day, which was highly inconvenient and not transparent. What really bothered me, though, was that I was told I couldn’t get a standard cleaning unless I paid out of pocket for Atridox, a specialized antibiotic treatment that my insurance doesn’t cover. I’ve never had a dentist refuse to clean my teeth unless I paid for an extra service. On the positive side, the front desk receptionist was nice, although they didn’t seem interested in finding a solution that worked for me. The dentist was knowledgeable and kind, but by the end of the visit, I felt misled and pressured into paying for something I didn’t think was necessary. I understand that every office has its own policies, but this experience didn’t feel very patient-centered. After reading so many positive reviews, I was excited to finally find a dentist who truly prioritizes working with patients. While my experience may have been an exception, I felt it was important to share my honest feedback about the discomfort and frustration I encountered.

Victor Piatt: I had an appointment with this office for two months, and I showed up for my appointment, but was turned away and told that they are not accepting new patients. Ive been contacted multiple times by Western dental saying that I missed the appointment and would I like to reschedule with the same office. I had a bad experience once with the office I dont see why, rescheduling with the same office would bring any greater satisfaction. Im trying to confirm with their corporate office that theyre not continuing to refer new patients to that office, but have been unable to do so. I guess theyre continuing to refer new patients to that office. I wish I could head any of those people off at the past before they get there and get refused service like I did.. They have effectively delayed me receiving dental care for two months and one of my teeth fell out last week and Im in horrible pain but they had zero compassion for me. I can only assume they lied to their corporate scheduling and said that I missed the appointment..
