5 /5 JN C: My son’s first dental visit was amazing! While filling out the proper documents, my son was able to make himself comfortable in the play area. Once we were called in, the nurse was so kind and allowed him to brush the teeth to the stuffiest animals. This made him more comfortable and once the dr. Ford came in, he was so willing to anything! He allowed her to brush his teeth and check how many teeth he had, even I can’t do that at home!!! Great experience overall, they even had a prize box at the end and my son didn’t want to leave! He cried and gave me a hard time getting into his car seat. Looking forward to more enjoyable time for my little one.

5 /5 Fionelle Osias: Dr. Ford was recommended to my husband and I from our dental hygienist, Noel. I casually mentioned I wasnt happy with my childrens dentist and she recommended we go and see Dr. Ford and after the first visit, we see why! Its been a little over two years time now and I forget why Noel said she wasnt happy with her pediatric dentist but I do remember whatever it was, her dentist kept missing and Dr. Ford caught it, and they treated it. They have SUCH a friendly staff and both Drs have fine tuned their craft! Weve been here for two years now and I can see all three of my children staying here until they age out, unless we move far away. This place has SUCH a cute little set up, a play room, a space to collect prizes and a train table. Its clean, and eases the pain of going to the dentist and 2/3 of kids are toddlers and they love going.

5 /5 Jonah Merritt: Out 4 year old autistic son had a great experience here. Dr. Ford and her staff were patient and very friendly. We thank them for the very positive experience and will see them in 6 months. Our son is asking to go back for the dentist every day now and is now willing to brush his teeth.

Tawana Fagan: I called this dentist office to see what they could do about pain and sensitivity on the left side of my mouth. I was told to come into the office. My mouth pain was never addressed, and he refused to give me antibiotics, instead, he cleaned my teeth, and said I had a tooth that needed to be filled. He then gave me anesthesia, and instead of waiting for it to work, immediately started the work before my mouth was numb. As if that wasnt bad enough, He gave me a little too much anesthesia, and I became really light headed and had to sit up. The dentist appeared aggravated and in a rush. He actually asked me a second later if he could (Get Finish). I will never go back to that office again, and I would never recommend anyone there!!!

Tonya Huddleston: Dentist Antonio Genesis advised me to get my front teeth polished at the bottom to smooth out the finish. I asked him would doing that damage the integrity of my teeth, he assured me that it wouldnt. What he didnt tell me, and what I was totally unaware of, is he took a part of my tooth the (perhaps by accident while polishing), now the material he put to cover up what he did, keeps falling out. My teeth were perfectly fine before! Now I have two front teeth that are half the width they were with a filler piece of material that falls out when I bite something hard that I will have to deal with for the rest of my life! He did all of inputting of the filler material secretly without telling me he had polished too much so he had to fill it in with a foreign piece of material! My teeth were strong, healthy, and beautiful!! Now I have to constantly go to the dentist when this piece he put in falls out and that is expensive, time consuming, and I have a very fragile weak set of front teeth now when they were absolutely stong and fine before. I am very sad about this.

Unlike every other dentist I’ve been to, this office wouldn’t do my X-rays and cleaning on the same day, which was highly inconvenient and not transparent. What really bothered me, though, was that I was told I couldn’t get a standard cleaning unless I paid out of pocket for Atridox, a specialized antibiotic treatment that my insurance doesn’t cover. I’ve never had a dentist refuse to clean my teeth unless I paid for an extra service. On the positive side, the front desk receptionist was nice, although they didn’t seem interested in finding a solution that worked for me. The dentist was knowledgeable and kind, but by the end of the visit, I felt misled and pressured into paying for something I didn’t think was necessary. I understand that every office has its own policies, but this experience didn’t feel very patient-centered. After reading so many positive reviews, I was excited to finally find a dentist who truly prioritizes working with patients. While my experience may have been an exception, I felt it was important to share my honest feedback about the discomfort and frustration I encountered.

Victor Piatt: I had an appointment with this office for two months, and I showed up for my appointment, but was turned away and told that they are not accepting new patients. Ive been contacted multiple times by Western dental saying that I missed the appointment and would I like to reschedule with the same office. I had a bad experience once with the office I dont see why, rescheduling with the same office would bring any greater satisfaction. Im trying to confirm with their corporate office that theyre not continuing to refer new patients to that office, but have been unable to do so. I guess theyre continuing to refer new patients to that office. I wish I could head any of those people off at the past before they get there and get refused service like I did.. They have effectively delayed me receiving dental care for two months and one of my teeth fell out last week and Im in horrible pain but they had zero compassion for me. I can only assume they lied to their corporate scheduling and said that I missed the appointment..

Karen: Great experience with this vet. They were able to accommodate my nervous German shepherd princess with a heart arrhythmia so that she got to fall asleep with me present and wake up with me present. The doctors were patient and gentle, letting her sniff the whole place and all tools before being used on her. They also were able to remove two small cysts on her back and install her microchip in combination with her dental cleaning, saving stress and money! Their office is clean, comfortable, and decorated more like a house than a vet, to further put pets at ease. Also seeing the scans of my pups head and all her beautiful teeth was super cool. Not to forget, her teeth are now super clean too. Sorry she peed on your rug guys!!!!! We are forever embarrassed and grateful you were so understanding.
