Antonio, DDS - Fairfield Tonya Huddleston: Dentist Antonio Genesis advised me to get my front teeth polished at the bottom to smooth out the finish. I asked him would doing that damage the integrity of my teeth, he assured me that it wouldnt. What he didnt tell me, and what I was totally unaware of, is he took a part of my tooth the (perhaps by accident while polishing), now the material he put to cover up what he did, keeps falling out. My teeth were perfectly fine before! Now I have two front teeth that are half the width they were with a filler piece of material that falls out when I bite something hard that I will have to deal with for the rest of my life! He did all of inputting of the filler material secretly without telling me he had polished too much so he had to fill it in with a foreign piece of material! My teeth were strong, healthy, and beautiful!! Now I have to constantly go to the dentist when this piece he put in falls out and that is expensive, time consuming, and I have a very fragile weak set of front teeth now when they were absolutely stong and fine before. I am very sad about this.

Unlike every other dentist Iāve been to, this office wouldnāt do my X-rays and cleaning on the same day, which was highly inconvenient and not transparent. What really bothered me, though, was that I was told I couldnāt get a standard cleaning unless I paid out of pocket for Atridox, a specialized antibiotic treatment that my insurance doesnāt cover. Iāve never had a dentist refuse to clean my teeth unless I paid for an extra service.
On the positive side, the front desk receptionist was nice, although they didnāt seem interested in finding a solution that worked for me. The dentist was knowledgeable and kind, but by the end of the visit, I felt misled and pressured into paying for something I didnāt think was necessary.
I understand that every office has its own policies, but this experience didnāt feel very patient-centered. After reading so many positive reviews, I was excited to finally find a dentist who truly prioritizes working with patients. While my experience may have been an exception, I felt it was important to share my honest feedback about the discomfort and frustration I encountered.
Western Dental & Orthodontics - Santa Rosa Victor Piatt: I had an appointment with this office for two months, and I showed up for my appointment, but was turned away and told that they are not accepting new patients. Ive been contacted multiple times by Western dental saying that I missed the appointment and would I like to reschedule with the same office. I had a bad experience once with the office I dont see why, rescheduling with the same office would bring any greater satisfaction. Im trying to confirm with their corporate office that theyre not continuing to refer new patients to that office, but have been unable to do so. I guess theyre continuing to refer new patients to that office. I wish I could head any of those people off at the past before they get there and get refused service like I did.. They have effectively delayed me receiving dental care for two months and one of my teeth fell out last week and Im in horrible pain but they had zero compassion for me. I can only assume they lied to their corporate scheduling and said that I missed the appointment..

North Bay Veterinary Dentistry - Petaluma Karen: Great experience with this vet. They were able to accommodate my nervous German shepherd princess with a heart arrhythmia so that she got to fall asleep with me present and wake up with me present. The doctors were patient and gentle, letting her sniff the whole place and all tools before being used on her. They also were able to remove two small cysts on her back and install her microchip in combination with her dental cleaning, saving stress and money! Their office is clean, comfortable, and decorated more like a house than a vet, to further put pets at ease. Also seeing the scans of my pups head and all her beautiful teeth was super cool. Not to forget, her teeth are now super clean too. Sorry she peed on your rug guys!!!!! We are forever embarrassed and grateful you were so understanding.
Kids Smile Dental and Orthodontics - Modesto Michelle Sicalhua: Jennifer did an amazing job she was patient and kind with my daughter. She was knowledgeable and explained the procedure to us and answered all of our questions. We were called back in a timely manner and the procedure it self didnt take very long which is always a plus.
Modesto Kids Dentistry and Orthodontics - Modesto Lucille Adams: This is the absolute best dentist hands down. Dr. Yvonne has always been my favorite and the staff here is also amazing! They are all wonderful and positive with all the kids that come in and make sure they are comfortable. They also care about the products you ingest by avoiding artificial colors in the lollipops they give the kids and even the soap in the restroom. Clean office all around. Highly recommend!!
