I spent the past 5 years visiting Dr. Pucan & I realize even when I move an hour away, I want to come here as its difficult to find a good dentist you can trust. She never pushes or scared me into unnecessary dental work. She has an amazing track record & memory. She accepts Delta Dental and several other insurances.

I had switched dentists a couple times before going here because my prior dentists seemed unaware that dental work can be painful, but Dr. Pucan has always been very gentle and careful. She is definitely a pro at what she does.

Happy Little Chompers - Fairfield JN C: My son’s first dental visit was amazing! While filling out the proper documents, my son was able to make himself comfortable in the play area. Once we were called in, the nurse was so kind and allowed him to brush the teeth to the stuffiest animals. This made him more comfortable and once the dr. Ford came in, he was so willing to anything! He allowed her to brush his teeth and check how many teeth he had, even I can’t do that at home!!! Great experience overall, they even had a prize box at the end and my son didn’t want to leave! He cried and gave me a hard time getting into his car seat. Looking forward to more enjoyable time for my little one.

He’s honest, gives you different options as far as treatment goes, and always does a great job! Whenever we had to reschedule an appointment, and there have been MULTIPLE times that we’ve had to, they’ve always been sooo understanding and accommodating. I’m a person who doesn’t like change especially when it comes to my doctors or dentist, but am I glad I found him. Very thoughtful and thorough. Made me feel at ease and comfortable with making decisions regarding my dental decisions. Fabiola the front desk manager was very helpful when it came to insurance and my scheduling. I’m really thrilled that they have morning and evening appointments. Need a great new dentist? Look no further.
Western Dental & Orthodontics - Santa Rosa Victor Piatt: I had an appointment with this office for two months, and I showed up for my appointment, but was turned away and told that they are not accepting new patients. Ive been contacted multiple times by Western dental saying that I missed the appointment and would I like to reschedule with the same office. I had a bad experience once with the office I dont see why, rescheduling with the same office would bring any greater satisfaction. Im trying to confirm with their corporate office that theyre not continuing to refer new patients to that office, but have been unable to do so. I guess theyre continuing to refer new patients to that office. I wish I could head any of those people off at the past before they get there and get refused service like I did.. They have effectively delayed me receiving dental care for two months and one of my teeth fell out last week and Im in horrible pain but they had zero compassion for me. I can only assume they lied to their corporate scheduling and said that I missed the appointment..
