05-2025 Branham Dental Care in List 19 Dentist Open Saturday in San Jose, CA Aborn Family Dental - San Jose Optometric Center Almaden Family (AFOC): I took my parents to see Dr. Jim Chen. My parents both have implants from abroad and they are elderly and have issues eating. I emailed and texted his office and his receptionist was so kind and patient as she knew I was worried and needed help. They alway replied right away which took the stress of. They answered all my questions with great details and were very transparent with their charges. It really put a peace of mind on my parents as they are retired. We are so thankful that we got an appointment right away. It was a very nice office and the front desk receptionists were very kind at check in. We were quickly brought into the exam and met Dr. Chen. Dr. Chen is so kind, professional and thorough with my parents exam entire time we were there. My mom said she never had a dentist who talked to her like how Dr. Chen talked to her that made her and her mouth feel comfortable every moment at the dentist visit. She is 72 so she has seen many dentists in her life! Dr. Chen explained to us every step of the way to allow us to understand my moms problems and fixed them right away on the same day! My dad shared with Dr. Chen what bothered him and Dr. Chen took my dad in and we are just so incredibly grateful for him and his team. My parents and I feel so lucky that we found Dr. Chen as you can tell that he cares about his staff and patients greatly by the way he talks. Thank you Dr. Chen!
Destination Smiles - San Jose Hanh Tran: My almost 4 yr old daughter was referred here by our general dentist. She needed major work done that required anesthesia. I was very nervous that she had to be put to sleep for a 2 hour procedure. But everyone working there was fabulous! So, caring and communicated very well each step of the way. Everyone I encountered was so nice from the front desk staff, the dental hygienist, billing admin., anesthesiologist, and the dentist.
They were very organized and upfront about the cost and what’s the next steps will be. Dr. Victoria was awesome and I appreciate her kindness. She thoroughly explained everything and she went above and beyond. She even reached out and checked on my daughter a few hours after the procedure. I am so grateful for all of them. I highly recommend them!
Viva Dental Smiles - San Jose iyer karthik (ikarthikiyer): Dr. Aviva is one of the most friendly dentist I have been to. I came with a gum infection and bad oral health. With regular cleanups and her treatment schedule, my oral health is at its best it could be. She makes all scary treatments look pretty easy and makes sure they are easy on you. The staff there is super friendly and amazing. Everytime I go for my checkup, they make me feel right at home. And definitely very affordable as compared to all other Bay area dental clinics I have tried.
One Stop Dental - San Jose Sophia Valencia: I also took my 6 year old daughter, for cavity fillings, and Cecilia told me that she needed 3 crowns, and this and that, at the end when she told me the amount it summed up for thousands of dollars, having her dental insurance that covers most of it or all. It was a ripoff, they over charge you. Cecilia is a total liar and a scammer!. Dont go there. And they dont know how to treat kids properly, they dont have patients with kids. This place doesnt deserve any stars!
Premier Dental Practice - San Jose Luvv Ashhley: I’ve been going to Premier Dental Practice for over 10 years, ever since I was a kid. My aunt introduced us to Dr. Camtam, and I’m so grateful she did. She is amazing at what she does, and I always enjoy our conversations. I’ve always been afraid of needles, but she somehow manages to make every procedure completely painless. That’s why I love Dr. Camtam, and my whole family does too, her work truly speaks for itself! Very accommodating and always great customer service!
Smiles-R-Us Family Dental Group - San Jose Jahnvi Ahya: I was living in San jose and started seeing Dr Shah for my regular cleaning appointments. She convinved me to get invisalign. After few years, we moved to different location (almost 30-40 mins away) and so I started seeing another dentist. However, I still has to visit dr Shah for my retainers. I visited first time ( after almost 1 year) but she was not interested in checking anything and just wanted to make money from my visit and ordered new retainers without knowing what was my problem. I had been suffering from gum pain because of retainers and my new dentist asked me to get check for retainers and alignment etc. My pain still continued so I booked another appointment, they gave me appt for 9 am, they make me wait for 30 minutes and then she sent her assistant to get xray. I said no to xray because I got it before 2 weeks with different dentist but no she didnt want to check that because again wanted to make money from this visit ( and my insurance didnt cover xray again after 2 weeks). She didint even check what was the problem and asked for xray. When I said no, she came to me and said I have another emergency appointment ( ofcourse more money) so she had to priortize that and asked me to wait for next 30 minutes so total 1 hr after my appointment time.
I had very poor experience with this behaviour and since I was not her regular patient, she was not even interested in checking.
Would not recommend this place.
New World Dental - San Jose Matthew H Pham: Dr. Steven Han Le is very knowledgeable; he can come off as maybe abrasive, but he seems to truly care for his patients. Coming from a lower income background, Dr. Le had no hesitation in seeing and treating me with care. After my wisdom teeth removal, Dr. Le gave me a list of recommendations and also called to check up on me hours after the procedure to ensure that everything was okay.
The staff is very friendly and helpful as well. They have two locations - one in Milpitas and one in San Jose. I’ve been to both locations, and both are excellent. I highly recommend Dr. Le And New World Dental.
Lakewood Dental Care - Sunnyvale Alex Olin: Dr. Flor Mercado was very friendly, polite, and professional. I had cleaning and liked her fast approach. Also, the lady on the phone is very nice, and quickly found a window to squeeze me in, which I greatly appreciate.
The cleaning itself wasn’t perfect for me, I can see some black spots, I’m sure there is a reason for that, but for time/money, it’s all that I needed.
