5 /5 Alonso A. Delgadillo: I’ve been coming to Dr.Nguyen for years, my most recent visit was for a crown. Dr.Nguyen deserves a different type of crown, Great Doctor of Dental Surgery. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Also their level of communication is great!

5 /5 parul upadhyaya: I have been coming to Bascom Valley Dental for close to a year now. Dr. Nguyen is the best dentist I have seen in the Bay Area, she is skilled and very gentle. When I went to her, I had some pretty bad dental experiences that had left issues I just was living with instead of seeing a dentist about them. She took the time to understand all of that and made a plan with me on how to rectify and fix everything. We have been following that plan ever since and all my dental issues are a history I don’t remember anymore! Her entire staff is amazing and very friendly. Getting appointments is very easy, they are very respectful of your time - the appointments always start on time, there are no delays or wait times before or during the procedures. All in all, this is a great place and I’m grateful for them!

5 /5 Zooey Nguyen: My favorite dentist :) I got my braces here, all my cleanings, my whole family goes here now. Theyre very professional, on-time, efficient, and very friendly, even gave me a blanket when I was getting cavities filled in case it would be too cold when drilling, they always check for my comfort while working on me. The whole team makes me feel comfortable whenever I go in. Anytime theres a procedure Dr. Nguyen explains it to me fully. Appointments are always really smooth, on cleaning days Im reliably in and out within 30 min, its simple to schedule on the way out the door and reschedule if needed over text. They make going to the dentist totally pain free. 100% recommend I love them.

5 /5 Doug Belcik: If I could rate 6 stars out of 5 I would!! Absolutely incredible staff and Dr. Nguyen is genuinely one of the best out there. She makes going to the dentist such a great experience that I refuse to switch over even after moving up to San Francisco (I gladly make the hour drive down every-time). Been coming here for years and tell everyone I know to make the switch to her practice! I was having tooth problems until Dr. Nguyen recommended a third cleaning (every 4 months) a year and I haven’t had a problem since! The extra one payment a year has kept my teeth healthy and clean and ultimately saves me money in the end by constantly keeping my teeth and gums healthy and clean. Incredible! Incredible! Incredible! 11/10

Both my daughter and I had our smiles completely aligned and restored by their treatment. They also provide cleaning services, fix cavities with modern dental imaging and techniques. I had an old implant with no records, and Dr. Nguyen went the extra mile to track down the exact match for the hardware! They are always concerned about patient comfort and do a thorough job. I have had a lot of dental work done, and their office provides top notch service.

K&T Dental - San Jose Janet Vong: My family switched to Dr. Thinh Tran about a year ago and the experience has been great. Dr. Tran is very gentle and does an excellent job on cleaning and explaining things to you. Staff is all very nice and Kim is also very good at explaining insurance and ways to save money. They also offer warranties for dental implants and crown. Highly recommend this office!
AZ Dental - San Jose - San Jose Kevin Ferguson: Great experience! This was my first visit, and I was here for a standard 6-month visit. We recently moved and I was establishing new care. I was able to get a next-day appointment at my desired time. The front desk administrators were friendly and promptly checked me in, verified my insurance without any issue, and gave me a standard amount of paperwork to fill out for a first-time visit. I was taken back without any delay to start my 3-part appointment. First were the x-rays. The technician was professional and compassionate. Its never a comfortable experience having objects lodged in your mouth and being positioned for a radioactive photoshoot, but the technician helped me make the best of it. Next was the cleaning. The oral hygienist was thorough, gentle, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to "talk" with during the process. Finally, a professional and friendly dentist reviewed my x-rays and prescribed my next appointments for some minor cavity filling. The administration at the front desk quickly scheduled me for a timely 6-month follow-up and also my cavity filling at my requested date and time. 5 star service. No complaints. I look forward to continuing my dental treatments here.

Fantastic Family Dental: Doris Lin, DDS - San Jose Ken Chen: Dr. Lin is very knowledgeable, thorough, nice and caring throughout my crown process. She communicated all the steps and details I need to know to take care of the crown during and after the procedures. She deeply cares about her patient and their dental health. Her office staff are nice and patient hosting the check-ins and scheduling my next appointment. It was a wonderful experience at Fantastic Family Dental. I would recommend Dr. Lin to anyone who needs dental care.

Aborn Family Dental - San Jose Optometric Center Almaden Family (AFOC): I took my parents to see Dr. Jim Chen. My parents both have implants from abroad and they are elderly and have issues eating. I emailed and texted his office and his receptionist was so kind and patient as she knew I was worried and needed help. They alway replied right away which took the stress of. They answered all my questions with great details and were very transparent with their charges. It really put a peace of mind on my parents as they are retired. We are so thankful that we got an appointment right away. It was a very nice office and the front desk receptionists were very kind at check in. We were quickly brought into the exam and met Dr. Chen. Dr. Chen is so kind, professional and thorough with my parents exam entire time we were there. My mom said she never had a dentist who talked to her like how Dr. Chen talked to her that made her and her mouth feel comfortable every moment at the dentist visit. She is 72 so she has seen many dentists in her life! Dr. Chen explained to us every step of the way to allow us to understand my moms problems and fixed them right away on the same day! My dad shared with Dr. Chen what bothered him and Dr. Chen took my dad in and we are just so incredibly grateful for him and his team. My parents and I feel so lucky that we found Dr. Chen as you can tell that he cares about his staff and patients greatly by the way he talks. Thank you Dr. Chen!
