Mara A. I was recently there on friday for dental cleaning. The staff were absolutely amazing. Cynthia made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. She was kind and understanding. I had two cavities, yes, I am terrified of the dentist. They were able to assist me the same day. Dr. Pham had such gentle hands. I didn’t feel a thing. I haven’t had any pain or discomfort while eating or drinking. The whole process was completely painless.

Suicide Kitten** I’ve been coming here for over a year now and it’s the most amazing and kind people. They are always helping me with understanding my teeth and how to keep up with them. They took my wisdom teeth out and I had anxiety! But they were so amazing with helping me stay comfortable. I recommend this place to everyone. They really do care.

Stephanie Gomez Murillo Sugar Bug Buster, by far the most amazing dentist for kids . They make you feel so welcomed && it’s always very organized && super clean. The staff is very friendly and always takes you in on time. Dr. Gebrail is so patient and courteous with her patients. My kid love her and the way she makes them feel safe and comfortable with everything she does to them. I’m glad I came across Sugar Bug Buster and I hope to stay in there service for many more years .

A N I really liked this dental place, the dentist was very informative. The only thing that has held me back from booking the treatment is that they dont allow you to be in the room with your child during treatment and as a parent Im just not comfortable leaving my child unattended.

celissa van I been coming here for over 10 years. Lately my visits have been horrible. Bad customer service. The doctors have horrible bed side manner. And the little girls who check you in are mean girls. I was there for 2hours before they checked me in. I really needed to be seen and nothing was accomplished

Rosa V I called the appointment desk about being seen as a walk in. She told me Saturday after 11am, you can be seen. I told them I had congestion and seasonal allergy symptoms. She said all I had to do was come in. She didn’t mention over the phone, that I needed to be tested for COVID. I got tested when I got there and came back as negative. The lady at the front desk then told me I couldn’t be seen until after 2:30pm. I was dropped off and I wasn’t going to Lyft twice, so I just decided to go home for the day. In what world does putting a patient through this nonsense, make any kind of sense?

God Is Great! It took me half my life to finally find a TRUE dentist. She was great!! Very friendly, patient, and honest. The procedure I went threw was a little complicated but she never showed frustration was very patient with me and always telling me what is happening next. I totally recommend her 120%! Shell be my dentist as well as my kids period!

Buff Barnaby She is wonderful. She did all the work Campus dental in Riverside promised , but never delivered and then some ! Avoid Campus Dental like the plague ! They lie to your face and most of the dentists do not speak English clearly. Rainbow DDS promptly got me 3 new crowns , 2 cavities missed by other so-called dentists at Campus , and did a deep cleaning (scaling/root planing) after local anesthesia. No other dentist ever offered to do this. It is a very important procedure ! 2 beautiful porcelain fused metal incisors and a stainless crown further back where it doesnt show. All of this was free through Denti-Cal. She was one of the dentists they recommended when I called. Clear English , 20+ years experience , and got her DDS from USC. A winning combination.

Hello, Hi there Ive been going for a while & my husband & I have 4 children so we take all of them when we make appointments. Well last year in December my kids had their 6 month cleaning & check up...no cavities as always but she charge my insurance some work that none of us had done. Its over priced & mickey mouse job on me before I had my braces put on. Then this past August my husband had a bad toothache & couldnt wait well they made him "ooh the doctor is off on Fridays" but super rude about it & they close early so it makes hard for people to work with the doctors schedule. Not only that but she has her daughter walking about & playing as people are getting work done smh. After 2+ years going there this family of 6 is over the crappy coustomer service

Devon PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE! Worst dentist i have ever been to. They LIE to you over the phone and tell you that your insurance is going to cover everything.Then i come in and they perform a root canal and put temporary filling and tell me i am going to need to pay out of pocket $300 or more for lasering on my gums to finish my tooth smh!!!! And for something else in the thousands just ridiculous!The filling fell within an hour and they left my tooth worst than what it was and now they keep trying to call me and make threats that tbey are going ro still try and bill me for treatment they started.But really lie to me and then hit with me with an out of pocket its the fact that they lied i went to a new dentist and they told me i do not need lasering i dont know what kind of business they got running there. The dr was rude and got mad i conplained of pain like he didnt believe me. Worst experience worst dentist in san bernardino. Do not go there.i wish i could leave a picture of how baaaad they left my tooth half cracked sooo ugly i am sooo embarrassed to even do so. Way better dentist than this out here than this one trust me.

Manuel Soto I had a crown put in by this establishment in 2023 and it fell off a couple of weeks ago,I called the gal at the front and she asked me to come in but I was leary of doing business with this establishment again since the first time I was there...she never told me they were out of network and took my entire benefit amount for 1 crown ,not cool at all.Today I went to a different dentist and he took xrays and it showed a void come to find out it was a piece of cotton or gauze where root canal was done....unreal.Ive had crown work before and not 1 has ever fallen off.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

R mar “Gjs” Staff is very rude an uptight ..No payment plants no dicounts an too many xrays Plus imaging an they say mask must be worn but inside people take their mask off an continue to pay for visit with no mask ..what is the purpose of asking patients to wear mask an when seeing dentist mask are off an all patients breathe the same air when mask is off .NOT SAVE AT ALL ..A special air system is need it to prevent viruses left in the air .This place is 3 times more expensive than others .I visit this place an they did examen but they did not drained the pus of my gums they just gave me Rx for antibodies Amoxicillin ..All they see is money an do not give you more choices..
