5 /5 Truc Mai: Dr. Hien is AMAZING with kids. My squeamish daughter had a shot to fill cavities and I didnt hear a single peep or complain. My youngest son was crying and uncooperative at first, but she worked her magic and actually was able to fill his cavities as well. This is a boy who wouldnt even let the doctor check his ear. Highly recommend her alone on her dedication to her patients and explaining in simple terms their dental conditions. Ability to work with kids is icing on the cake!

5 /5 Lisa Nguyen: UPDATED REVIEW This review is for teeth whitening. Ive been wanting to get my teeth whitened for some time now. Especially my two front teeth! Theyre hollow so I had to do internal bleaching. The staff carefully explained to me the procedure of starting with at home whitening trays first then bleaching my two front teeth after. The whole process took about 3-4 weeks. It varies per patient. I had a long way to go! LOL The staff molded my trays and scalloped the edges so it didnt hurt my gums at all! The at home whitening consisted of wearing trays w/ whitening gel once a day for 30 mins or twice a day for 15 mins each time. They also measured the whiteness of my teeth and took photos in between sessions so I can compare. For the teeth surrounding my rabbit teeth, It took me 2 weeks to get to the shade I wanted. Then the internal bleaching for my two front teeth took 4 visits over 1.5 weeks. If you can come in every other day, you will see results FAST. I saw a major difference in just 1 day! On top of all that, they HAVE NETFLIX for every room!!! I forget sometimes Im at the dentist office. I actually like going now! As you can see in the before and after photos, the team did a great job. I am very satisfied and highly recommend Esthetic Dental Care. ************************************** PREVIOUS REVIEW Ive been a patient of Dr. Nguyens since she was in dental school! Theres no one else Id rather go to. Before Dr. Nguyen, I absolutely hated going to the dentist. But my experience with Dr. Nguyen and her staff over the years have changed that. When I arrive for my appointments, theres hardly a wait because the staff is very efficient. Once my appointment start, Im always asked to select a movie to watch! Yes, there is a tv in every patient room! I always feel at ease when watching Harry Potter. In addition, whenever I get nervous, Dr. Nguyen sings to me! Im a grown woman and my dentists soothing voice put me to ease in a snap. I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen if youre currently looking for a smart dentist with the best bedside manners. Getting my teeth whitened soon so Ill be back with another review!

Joyce Lam DDS, MICOI, FAAIP - San Jose lara: Dr. Joyce Lam did lots of dental work for me over several years. I like to go to her office when I need to because everything what she does for my dental needs works well. Her staff are always very helpful and friendly. I never wait for appointment more than 5 minutes. She is very kind, gentle, professional and using high quality dental equipment. Thank you Dr. Joyce Lam for your great work.
K&T Dental - San Jose Janet Vong: My family switched to Dr. Thinh Tran about a year ago and the experience has been great. Dr. Tran is very gentle and does an excellent job on cleaning and explaining things to you. Staff is all very nice and Kim is also very good at explaining insurance and ways to save money. They also offer warranties for dental implants and crown. Highly recommend this office!
AZ Dental - San Jose - San Jose Kevin Ferguson: Great experience! This was my first visit, and I was here for a standard 6-month visit. We recently moved and I was establishing new care. I was able to get a next-day appointment at my desired time. The front desk administrators were friendly and promptly checked me in, verified my insurance without any issue, and gave me a standard amount of paperwork to fill out for a first-time visit. I was taken back without any delay to start my 3-part appointment. First were the x-rays. The technician was professional and compassionate. Its never a comfortable experience having objects lodged in your mouth and being positioned for a radioactive photoshoot, but the technician helped me make the best of it. Next was the cleaning. The oral hygienist was thorough, gentle, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to "talk" with during the process. Finally, a professional and friendly dentist reviewed my x-rays and prescribed my next appointments for some minor cavity filling. The administration at the front desk quickly scheduled me for a timely 6-month follow-up and also my cavity filling at my requested date and time. 5 star service. No complaints. I look forward to continuing my dental treatments here.

Fantastic Family Dental: Doris Lin, DDS - San Jose Ken Chen: Dr. Lin is very knowledgeable, thorough, nice and caring throughout my crown process. She communicated all the steps and details I need to know to take care of the crown during and after the procedures. She deeply cares about her patient and their dental health. Her office staff are nice and patient hosting the check-ins and scheduling my next appointment. It was a wonderful experience at Fantastic Family Dental. I would recommend Dr. Lin to anyone who needs dental care.
Willow Dental Care - San Jose Alleyne H. Long: Very nice and professional staff. Dr. Pandez was trained by the best. She makes going to the dentist fun, fast, and painless. I actually enjoy going to the dentist! The Office staff and hygienist are also very friendly and professional. Overall the clinic has a bright and relaxing atmosphere. Aborn Family Dental - San Jose Optometric Center Almaden Family (AFOC): I took my parents to see Dr. Jim Chen. My parents both have implants from abroad and they are elderly and have issues eating. I emailed and texted his office and his receptionist was so kind and patient as she knew I was worried and needed help. They alway replied right away which took the stress of. They answered all my questions with great details and were very transparent with their charges. It really put a peace of mind on my parents as they are retired. We are so thankful that we got an appointment right away. It was a very nice office and the front desk receptionists were very kind at check in. We were quickly brought into the exam and met Dr. Chen. Dr. Chen is so kind, professional and thorough with my parents exam entire time we were there. My mom said she never had a dentist who talked to her like how Dr. Chen talked to her that made her and her mouth feel comfortable every moment at the dentist visit. She is 72 so she has seen many dentists in her life! Dr. Chen explained to us every step of the way to allow us to understand my moms problems and fixed them right away on the same day! My dad shared with Dr. Chen what bothered him and Dr. Chen took my dad in and we are just so incredibly grateful for him and his team. My parents and I feel so lucky that we found Dr. Chen as you can tell that he cares about his staff and patients greatly by the way he talks. Thank you Dr. Chen!
Destination Smiles - San Jose Hanh Tran: My almost 4 yr old daughter was referred here by our general dentist. She needed major work done that required anesthesia. I was very nervous that she had to be put to sleep for a 2 hour procedure. But everyone working there was fabulous! So, caring and communicated very well each step of the way. Everyone I encountered was so nice from the front desk staff, the dental hygienist, billing admin., anesthesiologist, and the dentist. They were very organized and upfront about the cost and what’s the next steps will be. Dr. Victoria was awesome and I appreciate her kindness. She thoroughly explained everything and she went above and beyond. She even reached out and checked on my daughter a few hours after the procedure. I am so grateful for all of them. I highly recommend them!
