5 /5 Kris Bright: I LOVE the Office Staff at this Berryessa location! The girl there who always has a massive smile on her face is amazing! She is the main reason I go here! She always is incredibly friendly and always goes out of her way to help me with payment arrangements, helping with my insurance, and she always remembers me by name! She seems like she is the main front desk(Im not sure what her title is) associate as everyone always asks her for help but Im so bad with names. :( One of the other reviews has a picture of her wearing a hat with one of the patients. If you get lucky enough to have her help you, she will delight you with great conversations and fantastic customer service. They are open on the weekends(O.O so incredibly rare among dentists) and are always amazing at helping me schedule an appointment during a time that works for me. Dr. Hilo is very good at communicating with me while he works.

5 /5 oguguo penny: Simply the best! :) Ive only had routine work/check-ups here so far, but EVERYONE here - from Dr. and his associates to the dental hygienists and front desk receptionists - are terrific. Dr. really listens to you and cares about your well-being. They are also open on Saturdays, which is a huge bonus. Also, there are flatscreen TVs in every room to entertain you while you wait in the dentists chair (which isnt for long at all). The office design is clean and modern - very "South Bay ". (The wall art featuring clowns always makes me pause, however, but to each his/her own...) If you need to contact them, I suggest calling because they dont seem to check their email.   I almost didnt want to post this review here out of fear that my fave place will be completely booked when I need to come in - but this dental practice is just too good not to share!

5 /5 Jenny Viray: Im very impressed by the nice and friendly staff and the place here is very nice and clean. I love the open space and the layout of this place. I moved here about 2 years ago and couldnt find the right dental office for me and my family . I have been to many places because neither I didnt feel good with the service or the place. The dentists are very professional, friendly and helps out with the insurance plan I have. From now on I think me and my whole family will just keep coming to this office. Very recommended!

K&T Dental - San Jose Janet Vong: My family switched to Dr. Thinh Tran about a year ago and the experience has been great. Dr. Tran is very gentle and does an excellent job on cleaning and explaining things to you. Staff is all very nice and Kim is also very good at explaining insurance and ways to save money. They also offer warranties for dental implants and crown. Highly recommend this office!
AZ Dental - San Jose - San Jose Kevin Ferguson: Great experience! This was my first visit, and I was here for a standard 6-month visit. We recently moved and I was establishing new care. I was able to get a next-day appointment at my desired time. The front desk administrators were friendly and promptly checked me in, verified my insurance without any issue, and gave me a standard amount of paperwork to fill out for a first-time visit. I was taken back without any delay to start my 3-part appointment. First were the x-rays. The technician was professional and compassionate. Its never a comfortable experience having objects lodged in your mouth and being positioned for a radioactive photoshoot, but the technician helped me make the best of it. Next was the cleaning. The oral hygienist was thorough, gentle, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to "talk" with during the process. Finally, a professional and friendly dentist reviewed my x-rays and prescribed my next appointments for some minor cavity filling. The administration at the front desk quickly scheduled me for a timely 6-month follow-up and also my cavity filling at my requested date and time. 5 star service. No complaints. I look forward to continuing my dental treatments here.

The quality and professionalism of Dr. Nguyen and her staff are impeccable. The facility itself is remarkably clean and stylish. It is a warm and inviting atmosphere. Dr. Nguyen clearly excels in her craft and possesses a repertoire of skills that go beyond what you would find in an ordinary dental office. Smiley Doctor Dental Clinic - San Jose Mounika Narayanan: I love the transparency of the doctors and staff at this office. The doctor was very kind and personable. What I liked the most was that she showed me my cavities by having me look in the mirror. I also had questions about what was covered. The staff was very knowledgeable and shared what they knew about coverage.
Fantastic Family Dental: Doris Lin, DDS - San Jose Ken Chen: Dr. Lin is very knowledgeable, thorough, nice and caring throughout my crown process. She communicated all the steps and details I need to know to take care of the crown during and after the procedures. She deeply cares about her patient and their dental health. Her office staff are nice and patient hosting the check-ins and scheduling my next appointment. It was a wonderful experience at Fantastic Family Dental. I would recommend Dr. Lin to anyone who needs dental care.
Willow Dental Care - San Jose Alleyne H. Long: Very nice and professional staff. Dr. Pandez was trained by the best. She makes going to the dentist fun, fast, and painless. I actually enjoy going to the dentist! The Office staff and hygienist are also very friendly and professional. Overall the clinic has a bright and relaxing atmosphere. I recommend my friends to her and they love Dr. Pandez too!
Aborn Family Dental - San Jose Optometric Center Almaden Family (AFOC): I took my parents to see Dr. Jim Chen. My parents both have implants from abroad and they are elderly and have issues eating. I emailed and texted his office and his receptionist was so kind and patient as she knew I was worried and needed help. They alway replied right away which took the stress of. They answered all my questions with great details and were very transparent with their charges. It really put a peace of mind on my parents as they are retired. We are so thankful that we got an appointment right away. It was a very nice office and the front desk receptionists were very kind at check in. We were quickly brought into the exam and met Dr. Chen. Dr. Chen is so kind, professional and thorough with my parents exam entire time we were there. My mom said she never had a dentist who talked to her like how Dr. Chen talked to her that made her and her mouth feel comfortable every moment at the dentist visit. She is 72 so she has seen many dentists in her life! Dr. Chen explained to us every step of the way to allow us to understand my moms problems and fixed them right away on the same day! My dad shared with Dr. Chen what bothered him and Dr. Chen took my dad in and we are just so incredibly grateful for him and his team. My parents and I feel so lucky that we found Dr. Chen as you can tell that he cares about his staff and patients greatly by the way he talks. Thank you Dr. Chen!
Destination Smiles - San Jose Hanh Tran: My almost 4 yr old daughter was referred here by our general dentist. She needed major work done that required anesthesia. I was very nervous that she had to be put to sleep for a 2 hour procedure. But everyone working there was fabulous! So, caring and communicated very well each step of the way. Everyone I encountered was so nice from the front desk staff, the dental hygienist, billing admin., anesthesiologist, and the dentist. They were very organized and upfront about the cost and what’s the next steps will be. Dr. Victoria was awesome and I appreciate her kindness. She thoroughly explained everything and she went above and beyond. She even reached out and checked on my daughter a few hours after the procedure. I am so grateful for all of them. I highly recommend them!
Viva Dental Smiles - San Jose iyer karthik (ikarthikiyer): Dr. Aviva is one of the most friendly dentist I have been to. I came with a gum infection and bad oral health. With regular cleanups and her treatment schedule, my oral health is at its best it could be. She makes all scary treatments look pretty easy and makes sure they are easy on you. The staff there is super friendly and amazing. Everytime I go for my checkup, they make me feel right at home. And definitely very affordable as compared to all other Bay area dental clinics I have tried.
