5 /5 A. Nichelle: Had My first born here and as a new mom definitely had my fears but I had such a positive experience giving birth here ! Verna was my midwife and she was absolutely amazing throughout my whole pregnancy all the way to labor! I felt comfortable and informed of everything going on. She even went over my birth plan with me ! My nurse was Brandi and she did an excellent job assisting me through all the stages of labor! Completely felt I was in safe hands. I absolutely loved the team I had for my labor and delivery. Postpartum care was top tier as well !

5 /5 Hedy Zikratch: Kaiser has been able to keep visits to “the Doctors” a pleasant experience. Their system is curated for keeping the patient informed of their status for upcoming appointments, during appoints and follow-up responsibilities. They still will do “hard copies” of results if you request but their on-line app is thorough and easy to navigate. Their professionals are happy and skilled at what they do from making coffee at their coffee shop to checking you in to their customer service. We have not had to be admitted to their hospital for intensive concerns but for their preventive health concern my husband and I are very happy with our choice of Kaiser permanente.

1 /5 Alexa Flor: Worst medical care I have ever seen and I work in healthcare. If I wasn’t medically trained they would have given me the wrong vaccine. I came in for a HEP b vaccine and the nurse didn’t verify and almost gave me a HPV vaccine. I stopped them when I recognized that it was the wrong vial up close before poking me. The room also had a needle left out.

Tracy Merrill: Overall, the facility is about as good as can be expected from these type of facilities. The people are very nice. This review is for one Nurse specifically. Her name is Alexis. Every time I see her she is smiling. My family is very active here for our Mom and we ask a lot. Alexis always nods and just does what we ask. She keeps a smile on her face and she is very pleasant to have. A lot of these care providers are very skilled. Some not so much but it is what it is. It’s hard to watch my Mom always appear to be in distress but it’s not their fault. Warphen is also very nice. He does his best to accommodate the guests and their families. I wish my mom didn’t have to be here but a lot of these folks are doing their best.

Kaytlin Huerta: This was horrible, today I went to my appointment at exactly 8:10am they gave me the sign to sign and they brought me into a room fast but they weren’t so fast and attending me, they left me and the translator in the room for an 1 hour and 30 minutes without any notice or of how long everything would take. Not only that when the doctor came inside today she was horrible! She gave us so much attitude I asked her why it took her an hour and 30 minutes and she was being so rude about it, when my translator was explaining what the doctor was saying the doctor kept talking over her and not let my translator explain everything well. She kept giving my translator dirty looks and asking if she even understand what she was saying? As well she made my translator late to her next appointment, then the doctor was so rude to her nurse? This type of care was unacceptable because the doctor didn’t even say her name or have a badge explaining who and where she from. At this point she might not even be a real doctor. I am leaving this place and never coming back.! DO NOT RECOMMEND

Eileen Takayama: My experience with Dr. Solis has been nothing short of excellent. He’s extremely professional and listens to every concern I have. He truly cares about his patients health. He follows up with labs and is very thorough when it comes to getting to the root problem and addressing my concerns. I’ve been to several other doctors in the past and even though it’s a bit of a drive for me, his office is completely worth it. The entire staff (front and back) are great. I would highly recommend his office if you’re looking for quality care! Thank you Dr. Solis and staff.

Michelle M: Edit for a few days ago. I went and a guy was really sick in waiting room. He was shivering and puking. Waiting room was packed and someone went to the desk to let them know he was asleep hunched over. Security checked on him and a nurse looked to see who it was and said he was discharged he is waiting on family and then said say a prayer for him rudely. Me and a lady by me were like wth is wrong with the nurse. Honestly I think only a few Drs actually care and most but a few nurses are rude. They didnt even explain anything to me. jan 2025 So i thought I broke my toe cause it was crooked. The dr only had the images and gave me a disk and said i could wait for report. She said broken but the report my dr got said not fractured nothing. Well I looked at the image on the disk and even sent to my drs office because it does have a fracture if the idiot zoomed in. So in this time my dr has not sent me to ortho because the report from the hospital I have been here numerous times and times they find something times they dont but I dont care if I go a million times because something is off and urgent care says its better to go to emergency so test can be done then thats what Im gonna do. I have numerous specialists. I stay in contact with my Drs also so when you have rude Drs or nurses getting mad at you its messed up. Ive seen one nurse be rude to people a few times so to me if you are gonna be rude and not care change your job.

Most family medicine doctors book separate appointments for "new patient evaluation and management (E/M)" and for physicals. This way they can bill for 2 visits for what should be a single visit. When I asked about this, they referred me to their billing department who pretty much confirmed this is their normal practice. Scam. Will find another location to get my physical at.

K B: Idk what has happened with the front desk staff lately. I called to make a follow up appointment after I had surgery and the first day of called I was on hold for an hour. I waited 45 minutes the first time I called and the second time was 30 minutes so I gave up and called the next day. I showed up to my follow up appointment and I forgot my mask.. my first time forget one normally i have extra in my car but I didnt drive my normal vehicle because im having work done on my house. I even told myself to grab a mask and i forgot. All of a sudden the girl at the front starts lecturing me about bring my own my mask, telling me "we cant give you masks everytime. You need to bring your own" & so on. Trust me I normally do. I wear it when Im out with my husband, anytime I go out. I work as a receptionist at an animal hospital. I understand it can be frustrating when people forget. But the nursing staff and doctors are still the best.
