He’s extremely professional and listens to every concern I have. He truly cares about his patients health.
He follows up with labs and is very thorough when it comes to getting to the root problem and addressing my concerns. I’ve been to several other doctors in the past and even though it’s a bit of a drive for me, his office is completely worth it.
The entire staff (front and back) are great.
I would highly recommend his office if you’re looking for quality care! Thank you Dr. Solis and staff.
Parkview Community Hospital Medical Center Emergency Room - Riverside Michelle M: Edit for a few days ago. I went and a guy was really sick in waiting room. He was shivering and puking. Waiting room was packed and someone went to the desk to let them know he was asleep hunched over. Security checked on him and a nurse looked to see who it was and said he was discharged he is waiting on family and then said say a prayer for him rudely. Me and a lady by me were like wth is wrong with the nurse. Honestly I think only a few Drs actually care and most but a few nurses are rude. They didnt even explain anything to me.

So i thought I broke my toe cause it was crooked. The dr only had the images and gave me a disk and said i could wait for report.
She said broken but the report my dr got said not fractured nothing. Well I looked at the image on the disk and even sent to my drs office because it does have a fracture if the idiot zoomed in. So in this time my dr has not sent me to ortho because the report from the hospital
I have been here numerous times and times they find something times they dont but I dont care if I go a million times because something is off and urgent care says its better to go to emergency so test can be done then thats what Im gonna do. I have numerous specialists. I stay in contact with my Drs also so when you have rude Drs or nurses getting mad at you its messed up. Ive seen one nurse be rude to people a few times so to me if you are gonna be rude and not care change your job.

Most family medicine doctors book separate appointments for "new patient evaluation and management (E/M)" and for physicals. This way they can bill for 2 visits for what should be a single visit.
When I asked about this, they referred me to their billing department who pretty much confirmed this is their normal practice. Scam.
Will find another location to get my physical at.
UCR Health - Psychiatry Suite at Citrus Tower - Riverside K peebles: I had an appointment scheduled for tomorrow. I received a call from the office saying that my insurance doesnt cover psychiatry. Not true. So I asked what the cost for cash pay. She said $600. Outrageous. Follow up $300. What robbery for people who are in need of help. So sad.
Riverside Neurology - Riverside William Nguyen: TLDR; great doctors, terrible reception and communication.
The neurologists are fine and I am grateful for their work. But good luck trying to schedule with them. You’re lucky if you can even reach their line, and even then you would be greeted with the useless mailbox that’s always full. I legit tried calling 20+ times throughout the day and couldn’t even schedule a single appointment.
Appointments are always months away, which would be fine by me if they didn’t reschedule it a few times, making me wait 4 months longer than I expected.
One time the front desk person refused to refill my seizure medication. I asked my neurologist months later and she said they are perfectly capable of doing refills, without me needing to book an appointment.
I like my neurologist, but I’m seriously considering looking somewhere else because it’s a nightmare to schedule anything with them. And I don’t have the time nor energy to call them 20 times a day everyday, praying for them to pick up my call.
Riverside Community Hospital Comprehensive Transplant Center - Riverside Michelle Jones: Run dont walk. He will tell you your symptoms are valid while writing its all in your head in his notes. He will never request nor review medical records but will state your symptoms are solely from depression you never had and told him your positive and never suffered from. He will not take you or your care seriously. He will sit on you and your progressive care denying access to services/additional diagnoses. He has practiced negligence and malpractice. He will need to get ready for a lawsuit. RUN!!!!!!!
