2 /5 William Nguyen: TLDR; great doctors, terrible reception and communication. The neurologists are fine and I am grateful for their work. But good luck trying to schedule with them. You’re lucky if you can even reach their line, and even then you would be greeted with the useless mailbox that’s always full. I legit tried calling 20+ times throughout the day and couldn’t even schedule a single appointment. Appointments are always months away, which would be fine by me if they didn’t reschedule it a few times, making me wait 4 months longer than I expected. One time the front desk person refused to refill my seizure medication. I asked my neurologist months later and she said they are perfectly capable of doing refills, without me needing to book an appointment. I like my neurologist, but I’m seriously considering looking somewhere else because it’s a nightmare to schedule anything with them. And I don’t have the time nor energy to call them 20 times a day everyday, praying for them to pick up my call.

5 /5 prefect1948: I’ve been a patient here for 10+ years. Dr Ibrahim is very knowledgeable, polite, and very professional. The office staff are always super nice and helpful. His office sends my test results to my doctor very quickly. His facility is always immaculate. The wait for scheduling an appointment is very reasonable. I would not consider switching my neurologist.

1 /5 Pinky Swear: This place is horrible. Trying to get anyone to answer the phone is crazy. Trying to get an appt is nuts. Trying to get an in person appt is like crickets. I thought my last neurology office was bad. This place is garbage. I had a telehealth appt with a DR that was naked, fresh out the shower. She had her camera angled upward so I could only see her eyes and the top of her head which her hair was wet signifying she had just gotten out of the shower was late to the appointment even though its telehealth, so how was she late? then only talked to me through a dark screen after sitting and looking at my file for 15 minutes which she should have done before the appointment. instead of being late to the appointment cuz it looks like she was just out of the shower. She made me feel like she wasnt even listening to me or anything that was going on with me and just gave me blood pressure medication I have migraines and she gave me blood pressure medication and she decided to fancy it up by saying well celebrities take it for anxiety and it helps them Im like I dont have anxiety I have migraines and then she just doubled down with saying yeah but it helps with that too. That appt was over a month ago and still havent got my meds. I keep calling and no one answer the phone. The mail l voice mail box is full so I cant say call me back. I just tried to call and they picked up and then hang up on me 3 times. People come here to get medical help not to get dicked around. Ill be contacting my insurance provider and filing a formal complaint. I hope your doctors are seeing these reviews.

5 /5 Bella Bella: The staff at this facility was absolutely phenomenal. All the girls are pleasant, attentive, kind and know their job and seems like team effort environment..... Jennifer, the manager went over and beyond. When she made my appointment last year. I would definitely recommend this facility neurologist. To anyone looking for a good solid? Environment and practitioner.

2 /5 p devoy: When I first started coming to this place I saw Mary Weir, she was wonderful, she took me off Of some medication and placed me on new medication which helped me a great deal, she made me feel 100% better. Then she moved and left the practice, but she was replaced by Samantha Baltazar, who I grew to love as my new doctor. Samantha then also left to further her education, so that left me with Dr. Ibrahim. Who had done nerve conduction tests on me and he said I had carpal tunnel syndrome and that I should have surgery on this soon. I at this time had just had kidney stone surgery and I was not looking to have yet another surgery right away, he then dismissed me and said he wouldn’t see me anymore even though I was being treated for severe nerve damage issues from a work injury 30 years prior. I was still taking medication for my nerve damage that Mrs. Weir started me on and Samantha Baltazar had kept me on. I have since moved on to another neurologist office, I don’t appreciate how he just dismissed me because I wasn’t ready to have another surgery right away. And he didn’t bother to check my folder and see the severe nerve damage I was being treated for in the first place. Good luck with this guy!
