3 /5 K B: Idk what has happened with the front desk staff lately. I called to make a follow up appointment after I had surgery and the first day of called I was on hold for an hour. I waited 45 minutes the first time I called and the second time was 30 minutes so I gave up and called the next day. I showed up to my follow up appointment and I forgot my mask.. my first time forget one normally i have extra in my car but I didnt drive my normal vehicle because im having work done on my house. I even told myself to grab a mask and i forgot. All of a sudden the girl at the front starts lecturing me about bring my own my mask, telling me "we cant give you masks everytime. You need to bring your own" & so on. Trust me I normally do. I wear it when Im out with my husband, anytime I go out.
I work as a receptionist at an animal hospital. I understand it can be frustrating when people forget.
But the nursing staff and doctors are still the best.
