1 /5 Martín Labombarda: Very bad experience trying to simply book an appointment for a physical. Most family medicine doctors book separate appointments for "new patient evaluation and management (E/M)" and for physicals. This way they can bill for 2 visits for what should be a single visit. When I asked about this, they referred me to their billing department who pretty much confirmed this is their normal practice. Scam. Will find another location to get my physical at.

2 /5 Daniel Murphy: Im giving a two-star rating to the Endocrinologist Dr. Simran K. Brar not because the doctor was bad at all. She was actually quite wonderful, very professional and very on point with her overall treatments but her medical assistant, Christine, was very unprofessional and rude. She tried to recommend medications to me which is outside her scope of practice. When I mention that Im going to speak to my doctor about my medication, she was even more disrespectful after that time and condescending. I also witnessed her yelling at an elderly gentleman in a condescending manner which I felt embarrassed him in front of the office staff and the other patients in the office. Rmc states that they strive to treat all patients with respect and courtesy. However, I do not think Christine is an example of their policy. Other medical staff in the office in the hallway stood by while she was screaming at the elderly patient and did nothing or said nothing to stop her. I filed official complaint but Ive yet to receive any type of feedback regarding this incident. However, my physician was extremely professional and very kind and thorough with the treatments that she recommended me to take.

4 /5 Fenita Peralta: I like the efficiency of the clerical staff at the this Retreat Parkway clinic, they check me in right away & Im seen by my primary MD usually within 15- 20 min, . My doctor, Dr Gauhar, is very knowledgeable, pleasant & most all she always listens to my medical concerns. I truly like & recommend this Medical Clinic.
