1 /5 Kaytlin Huerta: This was horrible, today I went to my appointment at exactly 8:10am they gave me the sign to sign and they brought me into a room fast but they weren’t so fast and attending me, they left me and the translator in the room for an 1 hour and 30 minutes without any notice or of how long everything would take. Not only that when the doctor came inside today she was horrible! She gave us so much attitude I asked her why it took her an hour and 30 minutes and she was being so rude about it, when my translator was explaining what the doctor was saying the doctor kept talking over her and not let my translator explain everything well. She kept giving my translator dirty looks and asking if she even understand what she was saying? As well she made my translator late to her next appointment, then the doctor was so rude to her nurse? This type of care was unacceptable because the doctor didn’t even say her name or have a badge explaining who and where she from. At this point she might not even be a real doctor. I am leaving this place and never coming back.! DO NOT RECOMMEND

5 /5 Shiela Smith: Today I brought my brother in with a denture issue. We were met with a warm welcome first thing. I started to fill out his information and had a few questions and the assistant explained it well and didn’t make me feel bad for asking. We had a relatively short wait and we were brought back with precision help, as he is wheelchair bound. She got us all prepared for Dr Lim. What a gem she is :) Close to perfect. Even though this office does not handle dentures she still took the time to give him a full exam and made notes to send along with a Referral! From this experience I felt prompted to ask what Insurance they accepted for myself. That is how confident I feel about this great dental office, Doctor and staff!

5 /5 Faiza Nadeem: I had a good experience with the dental department. The dr n assistant both knows their job. They answer all the questions n deals my tooth pain professionally. Department was clean , hygienic n equipped. Place is having sufficient parking n easy to locate.

Speaking with Harrison every month has definitely made me feel at home. I appreciate her for understanding my experiences with other clinics and letting me be open minded with her on our decision making for medications. Thank you for being with me on mental health journey!

Most family medicine doctors book separate appointments for "new patient evaluation and management (E/M)" and for physicals. This way they can bill for 2 visits for what should be a single visit. When I asked about this, they referred me to their billing department who pretty much confirmed this is their normal practice. Scam. Will find another location to get my physical at.

K peebles: I had an appointment scheduled for tomorrow. I received a call from the office saying that my insurance doesnt cover psychiatry. Not true. So I asked what the cost for cash pay. She said $600. Outrageous. Follow up $300. What robbery for people who are in need of help. So sad.

K B: Idk what has happened with the front desk staff lately. I called to make a follow up appointment after I had surgery and the first day of called I was on hold for an hour. I waited 45 minutes the first time I called and the second time was 30 minutes so I gave up and called the next day. I showed up to my follow up appointment and I forgot my mask.. my first time forget one normally i have extra in my car but I didnt drive my normal vehicle because im having work done on my house. I even told myself to grab a mask and i forgot. All of a sudden the girl at the front starts lecturing me about bring my own my mask, telling me "we cant give you masks everytime. You need to bring your own" & so on. Trust me I normally do. I wear it when Im out with my husband, anytime I go out. I work as a receptionist at an animal hospital. I understand it can be frustrating when people forget. But the nursing staff and doctors are still the best.

William Nguyen: TLDR; great doctors, terrible reception and communication. The neurologists are fine and I am grateful for their work. But good luck trying to schedule with them. You’re lucky if you can even reach their line, and even then you would be greeted with the useless mailbox that’s always full. I legit tried calling 20+ times throughout the day and couldn’t even schedule a single appointment. Appointments are always months away, which would be fine by me if they didn’t reschedule it a few times, making me wait 4 months longer than I expected. One time the front desk person refused to refill my seizure medication. I asked my neurologist months later and she said they are perfectly capable of doing refills, without me needing to book an appointment. I like my neurologist, but I’m seriously considering looking somewhere else because it’s a nightmare to schedule anything with them. And I don’t have the time nor energy to call them 20 times a day everyday, praying for them to pick up my call.

Michelle Jones: Run dont walk. He will tell you your symptoms are valid while writing its all in your head in his notes. He will never request nor review medical records but will state your symptoms are solely from depression you never had and told him your positive and never suffered from. He will not take you or your care seriously. He will sit on you and your progressive care denying access to services/additional diagnoses. He has practiced negligence and malpractice. He will need to get ready for a lawsuit. RUN!!!!!!!
