5 /5 Azalea F: I had a good experience as a first time patient with Dr Wimmer I really liked her and all the staff. I was not rushed and did not wait to be seen everything went quick and smooth. The staff was able to get my medication approved Im so happy with them.

1 /5 carmen cooper: This is really upsetting experience. So I’ve been with the clinic since 2008 and I love my doctors. It’s the way staffing in the billing department runs. I was told by one of my doctors nurse that my Chart is blocked due to an over due bill. I was just in February diagnosed with Breast Cancer after having to not grieve over my lost of my oldest Son that passed away on Christmas Eve. The bill will get paid but they told me yesterday that I would not be seen by any doctors due to my $600 bill. I’m going through Chemo and I just felt very hurt that they feel money comes before health.

5 /5 Joey Justiniani: Yesterday I went into urgent care on February 22, 2025 due to the fact that I wasnt feeling too good. As I seen Doctor Christine Vo. She was able to see that I had a bad ear bilateral infection, sore throat and sinus infection. Omg... she put me at ease with getting straight to the facts and she so caring, professional and loved her cheerful personality!!!! If you ever have to go to this facility be sure to request to see her.

1 /5 Cindy ODell: I went to the clinic on Day Street in Riverside. I really like Dr. Blanton and I also like the receptionists at the front desk. They do a great job and are very efficient. Dr. Blanton ordered an MRI for my knee. Its now been a month and this office (utilization dept, apparently) has still not sent over a request for authorization to my insurance company. Ive called no less than 4 times. Its absolutely ridiculous that Ive had to wait a month for them to send this over to my insurance company. At some point very soon, Ill be forced to just find another orthopedic doc. A sad state of affairs, but if you need an MRI or other type of imagining that will require the approval of your insurance company, I highly advise you to go elsewhere. Completely unacceptable!!

1 /5 Mike Rodriguez: What kind of world do we live in where my Tricare Prime insurance covered child could not be seen because the business processing office could not be contacted to verify the insurance? If your clinic is in Tricare primes network and Ive given you all the information then you see that patient. Especially, if your waiting room is empty and the child is in freaking pain. Only for them to have to prescribe a drug that you have to get in another location. We had to pay the out of pocket costs because they couldnt verify my sons coverage. They didnt offer any other solutions nor try to get us in as quickly as possible. The women at the front desk had the verify the same information that I had already shown her numerous times. If I had known it would only cost a couple hundred dollars I would have made the decision to have my son seen immediately and pay then from the begining. Despite how livid I am from this whole incident, I kept calm and respectful the entire time I was in the clinic. However, I will definitely not be returning here. The whole system is broken. In other countries they care for you and send you an invoice
