5 /5 Tracy Merrill: Overall, the facility is about as good as can be expected from these type of facilities. The people are very nice. This review is for one Nurse specifically. Her name is Alexis. Every time I see her she is smiling. My family is very active here for our Mom and we ask a lot. Alexis always nods and just does what we ask. She keeps a smile on her face and she is very pleasant to have. A lot of these care providers are very skilled. Some not so much but it is what it is. It’s hard to watch my Mom always appear to be in distress but it’s not their fault. Warphen is also very nice. He does his best to accommodate the guests and their families. I wish my mom didn’t have to be here but a lot of these folks are doing their best.

All the nurse who took care of my son are excellent, they took care of him while Im away doing my chores. Physical therapy Rose did excellent job with him.

5 /5 Dawn Scarccia: today I would like to recognize a certain somebody her name is Khira he is in RN in Baton Rouge of science in the ICU department where I am at right now as a patient today she is my nurse and I must say she has absolutely made my day brighten my spirit in my heart. I am the one that tells it like it is this lady is amazing she took her time with me and do not falter on her patient with me you have to have a lot of patience she needs to be recognized as an amazing staff member along with the amazing RN we had excellent communication together and she made me smile along with my heart this woman needs not only a raise if you were to ask me but also a $50 gift card so a big high five is big hug to Khira and all the other beautiful staff members you guys know who you are in God bless

Eileen Takayama: My experience with Dr. Solis has been nothing short of excellent. He’s extremely professional and listens to every concern I have. He truly cares about his patients health. He follows up with labs and is very thorough when it comes to getting to the root problem and addressing my concerns. I’ve been to several other doctors in the past and even though it’s a bit of a drive for me, his office is completely worth it. The entire staff (front and back) are great. I would highly recommend his office if you’re looking for quality care! Thank you Dr. Solis and staff.

Michelle M: Edit for a few days ago. I went and a guy was really sick in waiting room. He was shivering and puking. Waiting room was packed and someone went to the desk to let them know he was asleep hunched over. Security checked on him and a nurse looked to see who it was and said he was discharged he is waiting on family and then said say a prayer for him rudely. Me and a lady by me were like wth is wrong with the nurse. Honestly I think only a few Drs actually care and most but a few nurses are rude. They didnt even explain anything to me. jan 2025 So i thought I broke my toe cause it was crooked. The dr only had the images and gave me a disk and said i could wait for report. She said broken but the report my dr got said not fractured nothing. Well I looked at the image on the disk and even sent to my drs office because it does have a fracture if the idiot zoomed in. So in this time my dr has not sent me to ortho because the report from the hospital I have been here numerous times and times they find something times they dont but I dont care if I go a million times because something is off and urgent care says its better to go to emergency so test can be done then thats what Im gonna do. I have numerous specialists. I stay in contact with my Drs also so when you have rude Drs or nurses getting mad at you its messed up. Ive seen one nurse be rude to people a few times so to me if you are gonna be rude and not care change your job.

Most family medicine doctors book separate appointments for "new patient evaluation and management (E/M)" and for physicals. This way they can bill for 2 visits for what should be a single visit. When I asked about this, they referred me to their billing department who pretty much confirmed this is their normal practice. Scam. Will find another location to get my physical at.

K B: Idk what has happened with the front desk staff lately. I called to make a follow up appointment after I had surgery and the first day of called I was on hold for an hour. I waited 45 minutes the first time I called and the second time was 30 minutes so I gave up and called the next day. I showed up to my follow up appointment and I forgot my mask.. my first time forget one normally i have extra in my car but I didnt drive my normal vehicle because im having work done on my house. I even told myself to grab a mask and i forgot. All of a sudden the girl at the front starts lecturing me about bring my own my mask, telling me "we cant give you masks everytime. You need to bring your own" & so on. Trust me I normally do. I wear it when Im out with my husband, anytime I go out. I work as a receptionist at an animal hospital. I understand it can be frustrating when people forget. But the nursing staff and doctors are still the best.

William Nguyen: TLDR; great doctors, terrible reception and communication. The neurologists are fine and I am grateful for their work. But good luck trying to schedule with them. You’re lucky if you can even reach their line, and even then you would be greeted with the useless mailbox that’s always full. I legit tried calling 20+ times throughout the day and couldn’t even schedule a single appointment. Appointments are always months away, which would be fine by me if they didn’t reschedule it a few times, making me wait 4 months longer than I expected. One time the front desk person refused to refill my seizure medication. I asked my neurologist months later and she said they are perfectly capable of doing refills, without me needing to book an appointment. I like my neurologist, but I’m seriously considering looking somewhere else because it’s a nightmare to schedule anything with them. And I don’t have the time nor energy to call them 20 times a day everyday, praying for them to pick up my call.

He will never request nor review medical records but will state your symptoms are solely from depression you never had and told him your positive and never suffered from. He will not take you or your care seriously. He will sit on you and your progressive care denying access to services/additional diagnoses. He has practiced negligence and malpractice. He will need to get ready for a lawsuit. RUN!!!!!!!
