5 /5 Marilynn Gonzalez: Great medical office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. The manager Joana is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find staff that combines such personal touches and care for a patient. I highly recommend becoming a patient at Dr.Charles Ho!

1 /5 Janet Garcia: This place is insane. Seems like the managers there because everyone of the front girls here claim to be managers, dont have a clue of what they are doing. I have noticed every bad comment on here is quickly shut down by them saying oh im sorry i dont remember speaking with you today as if everyone is going to put theyre real name. Any way, these girls are incompetent and they get upset when ever you ask any questions. I honestly feel like these good comments are made up. Youll see tomorrow there will be 4 good comments from people saying just how amazing they are. I am a patient here and have been for over 5 months and one of the girls i wanna say shes the actual manager, is very rude. You have a lot of elderly people here who she must think will not complain and they never really do because most people dont. I will continue to come here till i change my ins but if you are able to avoid this place, I would. So the manger is Joann! You are the one i was talking about. You seem to think that your position makes you entitled to treat people in a rude manner. If you are the actual manager then it is 100 percent your fault the rest of the staff is so rude also. Thats what they see so monkey see monkey do. I am looking for another Dr im just waiting for my ins. You know how crazy ins can be also. But its sad to see how badly you all treat patients.

1 /5 Edgar Cisneros: tried making an appointment to establish care with this doctor and it was a mistake. i was on hold for what seemed like forever, my phone encounter with the girl there was horrible, i believe her name was joanna which so happens to be the office manager. she was extremely unprofessional and rude. she just seemed like she didnt want to help schedule an appointment. if thats the example she sets to her staff then im sure i wont be the only patient changing primary doctors. first impressions are everything and this is by fare the worst first impression i have ever encountered with a doctors office. I feel a little attacked by having my own experience with this office. maybe they are "sweethearts", maybe i called on a bad day but how is that MY fault? i stand by my review because i personally did not have the "amazing" treatment others claim to have had. and you probably dont say youre the manager but when I asked to speak to a supervisor you said it was you. and theres no need going back and forth I obviously will not be going here.

5 /5 Nelda Dooley: Dr. Ho is by far the best doctor I have ever had. I have been going to his office for many years and receive above excellent care, also Vanessa in the office is so experienced,friendly,knowledable , and quick to help patients.

5 /5 Debi Avila: I have been a patient if Dr. Ho for many years, he has helped me overcome some difficult medical problems and always attentive. He is a great Dr. In my book, and the staff is always very pleasant and helpful.
