3 /5 EEE: The PT, OT, and ST here are the finest practitioners you will encounter for EDS. The front desk however makes it not worth it. Incorrect info, maze like requirements, and no ability to book without interacting with them. I see them make disabled people cry on a weekly basis. Really bad training and communication.

1 /5 A K: Their call wait times are ridiculous where it takes 20 minutes or more just to get a person on the line to cancel or schedule an appointment. You wait in the call cue but then they send you back to hold in the cue so the wait is even longer. Theres no way to cancel or reschedule online. They need to do better to service current patients.

5 /5 Paula Holous: My husband Brad, just had ankle surgery on Aug. 23rd. It was our first time in Casa Colina surgery center. We were very impressed with the surgical, attending, and recovery room nurses and staff. Molly, Ronnie, and Millie were very attentive in the recovery room and answered all of my husbands questions and allayed his concerns. They took such good care of him. They checked on him often in the recovery room and helped us out to the car. We have been to many surgery centers for out patient surgeries in the past but have never received this level of care. We are grateful!

1 /5 Diana M: Had a horrible experience working at the Transitional Living Center as a Residential Technician in Pomona. Nurses, medication techs, ot, pt, doctors are wonderful. But some of the girls that work there are rude and will bully the new girls and the supervisors don’t really care, they don’t do anything about it because the supervisor’s show favoritism towards certain employees, they’re unprofessional, co-workers and supervisors like to gossip while clients are around and I’ve personally witnessed staff gossiping about the patients and their cases. Some co-workers are SUPER lazy. The only supervisors that are nice and should be recognized for their hard work are Lan, Godwin, and Claudia. You can tell they actually care about the clients and employees! Also, the training is terrible terrible terrible! Some people that train won’t walk you through steps so you have to constantly be asking questions and when you ask what certain things mean they don’t know. Think twice about sending your loved ones here!

5 /5 Jennifer De La Torre: My surgery was schedule here because Kaiser Permanente has contracted them. I was pleasantly surprised with this place. The staff were all amazing but I have to shoutout Kelly who was my nurse during intake and was phenomenal! But everyone who cared for me was warm, kind and patient. The anesthesiologist, whom I am not sure if he was a Kaiser doctor (my surgeon was) but he was also amazing and had such great bedside manners. Very happy with my experience.

Mary: I gave one star, and thats for the few employees that really care! I have a family member there and the care in that facility is horrible! Do your research before letting your loved one go there. It should not matter if they have medi-cal or private insurance. Our loved ones should be well taken care of with dignity and respect as they would want there family members taken care of! Shame on you! The medical board or who ever over sees these seniors care needs to step in and check this place out!

LaDonna Shea: My mother recently came to live with my husband and I. Needing to find her a new PMD that took her Medicare advantage plan we found Dr. Majithia through ZocDoc. We could not be more pleased with him and his Staff. The office is extremely welcoming and friendly. Dr. Majithia is kind, patient, and thorough with his examination. My mother has had a stroke and suffers from memory lapses, Dr. Majithia was very patient with her as he spoke to her and asked his questions. Dr. Majithias bedside manner is definitely refreshing. Never was he condescending or dismissive of my mother or myself. He was very attentive. It is intimidating when searching for a new Dr, especially when you are are at the mercy of the internet. Im thankful we found the perfect match for my mother. Not to mention, my husband was so impressed with the experience, he will now be using Dr. Majithia for his PMD. I hope my post will help in your decision should you be looking for a new PMD. Dr. Majithia is definitely a breath of fresh air.

They need more Dr’s on staff or at least a temp pool when a Dr that’s scheduled can’t make it in. When I was finally seen, Dr. Anne S. was very helpful, got me 3 medications and a stat X-ray order for my possible acute bronchitis.

GRACE FAMILY: So I recently had my truck break down and was advised that the insurance provides transportation for appointments. Initially it sounded great. Kids wont miss out and we can still get what they need. I wont have to ask anyone or feel like a burden and save in the process. I called and it sucked. Customer service sucked and as I tried to make the arrangement the lady didnt want to schedule the pick up. The lack of support is why some of us moms dont seek assistance. Ill walk them there on my back before I use this service or consider it ever again. You are better just asking someone and providing gas or seeking help from a stranger is better than this service. Less hassle and disregard because their transportation isnt affected yours is. Hopefully someone uses this concept with better outcome for families truly in need of services like this.

Michelle Adams-Walton: Im going to post here so there is a public record. My legal name is Michelle Adams-Walton. I am at Kindred Hospital Rancho, in Rancho Cucamonga, California I am in ICU. I have a wound vac and a wound that has fecal matter in it, when it shouldnt. The RNs here in ICU refuse to follow the guidelines from my surgeon and the in-house wound care team to not let the wound vac canister get too full which means more infection in my wound. The team in ICU have made no provision to have enough wound vac canisters on hand to prevent backwash or further infection developing, as additional canisters will be needed later tonight and tomorrow. And they have the overflowing one on hand snd one extra. Kindred Hospital Rancho does not care if I receive appropriate care. I would think this would be a liability for them. Kindred Hospitals have a habit of responding to bad reviews by suggesting the reviewer take it private. But I want this to be public so others can know the substandard care Im receiving.

Sophia Turner: I DO NOT Recommend the male and female PAs at the emergency room. Her name is Whitney and his name I don’t have. But very young Asian male who had no idea what he was doing. I do have a medical background. This guy did not know what fibromyalgia was. No idea of symptoms, not familiar with it at all. Did not execute a proper plan for me. I had to request medication. Underestimated everything. Most disorganized emergency room team. Nurse came to administer oral medication’s with a couple of shots.. 30 minutes later another nurse tries to come and duplicate the same order. Obviously they do not keep track nor sign off on orders completed. They do not ask if your stomach is empty or so, and they gave you an overload of drugs once you “coach” them. I nearly fainted, I felt terrible after my blood pressure dropped with a second shot for pain. They will not monitor the patient. They’ll send you back to the lobby to take care of yourself! What kind of care is this??. I don’t know why they also gave me nausea medicine when I was not nauseous. They played the guessing game. It is awful. I believe these two can kill people and do not save lives very often. Could not help to notice the lack of efficiency from the whole team. The nurses and doctors. Playing around in the back, chatting, socializing with the waiting room full of patients. Absolutely NEVER coming back. Trashy and very dirty looking ER. Sad.
