Robert: Absolute worse “emergency” room possible. Stayed in the waiting room for 5 hours. After being in excruciating pain for an hour in the waiting room I left back home to be in pain there for about an hour and a half, only to return to the Emergency room and they actually just called my name to only be triaged. Then got called back for labs, and an EKG, guess what, back to the waiting room in pain. After waiting again for another hour I asked when a bed may become available. The Male nurse sitting in the room to the left of check in l, who was slouched back in his chair almost asleep says “don’t know” back to what he was doing (nothing). Checked in at 7pm- walked out at 11:58 pm in pain. P.S. y’all should take this sign down… Update… after driving to Pleasanton Stanford emergency I was immediately taken care of and was brought in for an emergency gallbladder removal due to the severity and pain level after a CT scan and ultrasound. If you’re not in immediate danger DO NOT go to Tracy Sitter(sutter) health

Emily C: Went here last week due to an ongoing issue that I’ve had for over a month. Dr BRIAN KOCH was terrible. Rudest doctor I have ever met & unfortunately I’ve been in & out of ERs the last month & a half so I’ve met quite a few doctors in a short time & he takes the cake for being the rudest most unprofessional heartless doctor. He will cut you off while you’re trying to talk about your symptoms. He also felt the need to correct me when I said I have a appt in Santa Barbara coming up, he said “yeah, Santa ynez valley” like ok, & cutting me off to say that was important why?? I also saw the way he interacted with 2 more patients before seeing me & he was terrible. I prayed it wasn’t him that was going to see me cause I knew he wouldn’t care based off how he treated the ones before me. He really shouldn’t be practicing anymore, it’s clear that he no longer has any compassion or patience that’s if he ever had any to begin with. He will make you feel less than & stupid. 0/10 don’t recommend

I have never been able to get through a draw without a panic attack but Brandons expertise and kindness went a long way with me and I was able to have the best experience I ever have. This lab is pristine, full of friendly staff and a great place to go!!

Kathleen Doughty: I would give him 0 stars if I could. He woefully mistreated my mother, talked down to her & was demeaning to her. But worst of all, he misdiagnosed her. This set in motion events which led to her premature death. I will never forgive him for this.

Jacob Taus: I went here as a new patient to see Dr. Michael Steele. After one visit, apparently the Doc thought it was appropriate to call me while I was on vacation on my personal number to ask for professional advice from me. When I told him I was on vacation and didnt give him my number to call me about business related matters he insisted that it was urgent and needed my help then and now. This was coming from someone who made it a point to tell me how he never gave patients his number because he didnt want to be bothered while not working. Apparently empathy, respect, and the idea of treating the others the way you want to be treated arent qualities he possesses or he never would have breached the trust or confidence a patient puts in someone like him by giving over personal information. After all of this I reached out to the office manager to explain the situation and was met with understanding and empathy (or so I thought). I explained that I had to waste my time and money finding a new doctor and felt I shouldnt have to foot the bill for seeing him one time as the only reason I was leaving was because of this breach in trust. I was under the impression that this would be handled (because I was told so) and I would be taken care of; I have since been sent to collections. If youre looking to have your personal and PRIVATE information mishandled and then be charged for the privilege, look no further. I cant speak on the quality of medical care given in that I dont trust a company or individual that conducts themselves in such an inadequate manner. This is just plain wrong and they should and will be held accountable.

Evelyn Ruscki: I recently visited with my cat who is 20 years old. I had a really fantastic experience from the moment I walked in the door with the front office, staff and the veterinarian. He was through, kind and spent a lot of time with me explaining what could have been going on with my cat. She is old and I really thought I was visiting to do her end of life visit. He and I agreed she was doing OK and perhaps some steroids might help as he suspected she had lymphoma. She’s doing great now her appetite is improved. Her diarrhea has stopped and I’m so grateful for the visit I had there.
