1 /5 Emily C: Went here last week due to an ongoing issue that I’ve had for over a month. Dr BRIAN KOCH was terrible. Rudest doctor I have ever met & unfortunately I’ve been in & out of ERs the last month & a half so I’ve met quite a few doctors in a short time & he takes the cake for being the rudest most unprofessional heartless doctor. He will cut you off while you’re trying to talk about your symptoms. He also felt the need to correct me when I said I have a appt in Santa Barbara coming up, he said “yeah, Santa ynez valley” like ok, & cutting me off to say that was important why?? I also saw the way he interacted with 2 more patients before seeing me & he was terrible. I prayed it wasn’t him that was going to see me cause I knew he wouldn’t care based off how he treated the ones before me. He really shouldn’t be practicing anymore, it’s clear that he no longer has any compassion or patience that’s if he ever had any to begin with. He will make you feel less than & stupid. 0/10 don’t recommend

1 /5 Bryant Larsen: Long waits just to be seen, and EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE HOSPITAL. I cannot express this fact more, please shop around because the billing department will not ask for insurance, refer to a web based system that asks you for every detail in the world before continually crashing, lie to you about the cost, and overcharge you later. Have you even tried to look up pricing on Sierra Vista, its nearly impossible. its all a scam..

5 /5 Danielle Armstrong: I just want to give a shout out to the night shift team that worked Monday night 4/25/2022 in the emergency room. They were extremely attentive, caring, fast, precise and just all around helpful. My 8 month baby went in there very sick with almost 106 degree fever and they worked so hard and fast to get that fever down and give her everything she needed. That is my one and only baby and you guys made me feel comfortable and confident that she was going to be ok. Thank you!

1 /5 Heather Roberts: This hospital is a joke. Especially if you’re pregnant with preeclampsia. Don’t go here or twin cities. You’re better off delivering your baby yourself. Refusing to deliver a woman with preclampsia is unethical. If you don’t want to work then quit.

3 /5 Amanda Roach: I broke my femur August 22nd, I was given amazing care by the trauma nurses, med surge nurses and my orthopedic surgeon. However I had a really horrible experience with one surgeon. I was seen by a number of people who all checked my pulses on my feet, shins, thigh on my good leg, and skipped the bad one. Everyone including my orthopedic surgeon skipped my thigh. A trauma general surgeon named Dr. Eric Salinger came into my med surge room when I was alone, and began to palpate my leg, he started at my feet squeezing hard, then he moved to my shins which caused me to panic because he was motioning towards my femur. I told him please do not touch my leg and he squeezed my thighs just as hard as he squeezed me everywhere else, causing me to scream out in pain, and grab his arm. It put me in so much pain that medication would not touch it for hours, I cried for over an hour. My femur was still broken at this point. He wasn’t even my doctor, he was just present in the trauma room when I came in. There was absolutely no remorse on his face when he did it. It was an extremely traumatic experience and it has been hard for me to talk about. My roommate even told multiple nurses because she heard the whole thing. Be careful with this surgeon and leaving him alone with your loved ones, he should not be trusted. I’m not sure how to file a complaint formally with the hospital, but I will be doing that as well.
