1 /5 Jacob Taus: I went here as a new patient to see Dr. Michael Steele. After one visit, apparently the Doc thought it was appropriate to call me while I was on vacation on my personal number to ask for professional advice from me. When I told him I was on vacation and didnt give him my number to call me about business related matters he insisted that it was urgent and needed my help then and now. This was coming from someone who made it a point to tell me how he never gave patients his number because he didnt want to be bothered while not working. Apparently empathy, respect, and the idea of treating the others the way you want to be treated arent qualities he possesses or he never would have breached the trust or confidence a patient puts in someone like him by giving over personal information. After all of this I reached out to the office manager to explain the situation and was met with understanding and empathy (or so I thought). I explained that I had to waste my time and money finding a new doctor and felt I shouldnt have to foot the bill for seeing him one time as the only reason I was leaving was because of this breach in trust. I was under the impression that this would be handled (because I was told so) and I would be taken care of; I have since been sent to collections. If youre looking to have your personal and PRIVATE information mishandled and then be charged for the privilege, look no further. I cant speak on the quality of medical care given in that I dont trust a company or individual that conducts themselves in such an inadequate manner. This is just plain wrong and they should and will be held accountable.

1 /5 Aidan Beals: I wish I could say something about the quality of the professionals at this practice—unfortunately, I can’t, because I was never seen! After making an appointment in January (for March), the PA I scheduled an appointment with left the practice. I rescheduled the appointment, and the earliest availability they had was in May. Then, the doctor I had rescheduled with left the practice! Earliest next available appointment? “Sometime in the fall”! If you’d like to be seen 9-10 months after calling, contact FCPP. Otherwise, you’d be better looking elsewhere.

1 /5 Michael Riley: We came here to see an OBGYN for my wifes pregnancy and we will not be going back. The billing procedures here are shady and unethical. After one appointment, we received a non-itemized bill requiring us to pay our full deductible upfront prior to any services being provided. When we questioned them about this, the staff member was rude and condescending, saying that we simply do not understand how our insurance works. At no time did anyone explain a breakdown of the costs to us. We got the impression these doctors are more concerned about taking dollars out of our pockets than providing medical care for my wife and baby. Message received.

1 /5 Sean Reish: Avoid if possible- Dr. Nguyen does not at all take his medical practice seriously. The same can be said if the other doctors and his staff. He forgot the purpose of the medication he prescribed me, forgot that I had a brain MRI, ordered the wrong blood tests 3 times, and completely ignored the relevant blood tests I had brought in. They will gladly get you an appointment and receive your co-pay, but after that, all services are useless. Himself, another MD named Michael, and his staff were not apologetic when they failed to order the correct blood tests, and did it 2 more times. They were obviously annoyed when I double and triple checked to make sure it was correct before I went to get my labs taken and again they failed to order the correct tests again. Incredibly poor management system and doctor quality here.

1 /5 Parker: One of the worse obstetrics and gynecological centers I’ve ever had the displeasure of ever stepping foot in. Michelle karpin NP IS HORRIBLE. I warn all other patients, if you can go to any other gynecologist in the county please do. I came in with unbearable right lower quadrant pain. Karpin palpated the area but stated she didn’t know what was going on and instead of using their in-house ultrasound machines they instead refer me out to an imaging center that she is aware has a month out wait list. Horrible patient care. I called several times today to speak with a physician because I feel as though a cyst is bursting and I spoke to several of the receptionist who all promised I’d get a call back, lo and behold, no call back and now it’s the weekend. Thanks for nothing FCCP and KARPIN! Head these other 1 star reviews and go somewhere else. If I could rate lower I would
