    Jess L: I NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS BUT…Dr. Mike and all of the nurses were absolutely incredible. After a month with a kidney infection and 2 stents, it’s safe to say I was really uncomfortable and in quite a bit of pain. My urologist is on vacation for another 2 weeks but I needed relief, like NOW. Dr. Mike and his nurses immediately made me feel seen and heard. They were super quick with all of my labs and test results and made sure I was as comfortable as possible throughout my visit. Dr. Mike was super helpful with giving me a whole list of other urologists to get me in asap for stent removal. He even called me a few days afterwards to personally ask how I was feeling and if I had any luck finding a urologist who could see me. Patient care was 10/10 and their bedside manner was 12/10. Absolutely amazing!

    Winnie x: Very bad service. The operators are almost impossible to communicate and speak terrible English. I requested to change to another operator but the operator refused to do so. I was referred from Arbor clinic to them, I tried to speak with two operators but they did not help at all and the process got suspended. What a joke!

    Linda Corpus: I recently was sent to Sequoia Hospital from a care facility. I had contacted the Flu and had to be transferred. While at Sequoia, I had a private room. The place was extremely clean. The food was good and flavored. But the staff were excellent. I have been in the hospital since December 2nd. My care there at Sequoia was amazing, I was so very thankful to be there for the 10 days and receive that Nursing care. Thank you Sequoia Hospital

    Ali Altı: It is a wonderful hospital and has a wonderful doctor. Doctor Dilan Polat was incredibly attentive to the diagnosis and treatment of my illness. Of course, as a good patient, I listen to her. The treatment she suggested worked and I feel better and better. I realized once again how important a doctor-patient relationship is. I am very lucky to have a doctor who knows and does his job very well and makes his patients feel valuable and important.

    Lauren Barnes: Do not come here for urgent care. This clinic is incompetent. Despite being contracted with my insurance, they tried to charge me (no joke) 30 times my copay. After a long call with insurance, they realized their system had a mistake and finally agreed to honor my copay and insurance. I asked what went wrong and they said they just have to do what the system says but they can manually override it. They are a waste of time. They will try to scam you out of extra money then give you subquality care when you do finally get to see them. Expect wait times up to two hours for a simple flu test. If you value your time and sanity do not come here.
