2 /5 Erin Low: I would love to give Dr. Johnson 5 stars. She is amazing! remembers my kids, has a great report with them and really listens to our needs. I appreciate that we aren’t just treated like a number.
On the downside, the office staff is TERRIBLE!!!! They are unkind and constantly rude and unhelpful. I requested a much needed prescription refill 1.5 weeks ago. It went unnoticed. I called the staff and begged them to get it done for my child. Today I called again and no one seemed to care. They just said “well the doctor is not in today, so we can’t do anything” I finally had to let them know I wouldn’t get off the phone till it was called in. She without apologizing just put me on hold. I sat on hold for over 25 minutes waiting for them to do their job and help my kid. It shouldn’t take a week and a half of emails and phone calls to get a prescription refilled!
I love Dr. Johnson, but I’m so tired of poor customer service, especially when it comes to my kids health. They should do better. Dealing with this everytime is exhausting. We have been patients for 8 years now. My husband is also a Doctor and his staff would be fired if they treated people the way that the staff at this office handle people. I am never a person to go write bad reviews, but I need to let people know GO SOMEWHERE ELSE if you wanted to be treated like humans!
