Dave Just had my 2006 Mandalay Presidio serviced by Britts and I was really pleased with their work. Carri and Glen who handle the invoices and parts ordering in the office are also two helpful folks youll appreciate. Last year, they repaired my leveling system... Glen took the time to crawl underneath my rig and discovered that Camping World (Last owners always had it repaired at Camping World in Oregon) mechanic had reinstalled the leveling system incorrectly. They also replaced all 8 springs on my leveling legs and now they retract correctly. Busy shop, so be patient and if you want OEM parts, its up to you to make sure thats what is ordered and installed. You wont go wrong using this shop for any heavy duty needs you require ! Thank you Britts Diesel !

Mark Weatherington When our truck travelling from San Diego to Oregon started having water in fuel problems literally in the middle of nowhere, and our driver was having to stop and drain his water separator multiple times, we were so lucky to find Britts. We were able to get to them, and they had us fixed up and back out the door in just over an hour. AND they also supplied us with a spare filter cartridge, just in case the problem cropped up again. I cant thank them enough for being so friendly, efficient, and reasonably priced! If you dont already have them on your trusted shops list, you should add them. I did. Jenée D. Oliver I was traveling with friends in my motorhome when, long story short, the slide-out wouldn’t retract when it was time to leave. After troubleshooting for over an hour and a half, I started to panic. Graham was the closest RV repair technician near Benton, and after reading multiple 5-star reviews praising his wide range of skills, I was thrilled when he answered the phone. He was available, calm, and completely professional from the start. Graham came across as extremely competent, knowledgeable, and confident that he could resolve the issue. I drove down to Laws, and he generously offered to drop my friend and me off at the nearby railroad museum while he worked on the RV. The museum was an unexpected gem and a great way to pass the time. To my surprise and relief, Graham texted me within about an hour to say the issue was fixed! He picked us up, charged a very reasonable fee, and we had a wonderful conversation on the way back — turns out we had a lot in common. Graham is truly a humble, multi-talented, and service-oriented individual. He seems to have a heart of gold and genuinely cares about helping others. A one-of-a-kind person. If I could give him 10 stars, I would. Thank you, Graham! Wishing you, your beautiful family, your business and your future nothing but the best!

Stephanie McManus We were camping at Four Jeffery Campground when our Dometic fridge decided to stop working. I called Graham and he was so kind to come out to our campsite within an hour. We talked about the recurring issue with our fridge when camping at high altitudes. He inspected the fridge burner /back of the fridge- and then increased the propane gas pressure on the regulator. When this partially worked, he followed up with a few easy checks and they worked to get our fridge up and running again. Thank you Graham for professional and timely service.

bob hoeven "Recommend Bishop Body." Driving West on West Line Street at 0645 on a late September morning, a female Deer decided to cross the street to the North side of the Road. I did not see her and She did not make it before striking my Prius on the left front Fender and also impacting the driver-side door, before disappearing somewhere to the back of the car. One local repair shop said they would make the repair sometime in March of the following year. Another said it was hard to find help. The third said bring it around, and I will look at it. It came out of Bishop Auto Body on October 20th, and I had to look at the License Plate to confirm it was mine. Totally waxed and buffed out, it looked like a new car. Two things I will never do again. Drive west on West Line street too early on a September morning, and hesitate to use Bishop Auto Body for needed Auto Body repairs. I am completely comfortable recommending Pats Bishop Auto Body.

Scott S 5 stars for Tim (the owner). Super friendly guy. My car had some major issues (BMW charge pipe broke off) while traveling through Yosemite (Rte 120). It still ran, albeit very slowly but had no torque and couldnt accelerate or go up hills. Took it to a place in Mammoth Lakes and they said they couldnt help me since it was a BMW and that I might go check out this place in Bishop. Sounds like Sierra German Auto is the only place in the area that knows and can fix German cars. Anyway told Tim my problem, he looked at it and said hes done these before and would be an easy fix. Unfortunately these BMW parts arent readily available and he had to order it, so had to wait a couple of days. But otherwise great outcome all at a very reasonable price, and even got an oil change since it was due.

Dnyedy Whats going on at this shop. inept. put the wrong lower radiator hose on 2012 Highlander which rubbed against a pulley and ended up cutting through, dumping all the coolant on a 105 degree day. only good thing about this was it ruptured in town instead of out in the desert somewhere. also didnt replace the low wiper fluid sensor even though there were two indicators on the dash showing the malfunction. sensor was at the point of the damage so definitely a result of the impact. Also left clips off of the shroud; left the caps off of the AC ports. once again; inept at their one job. wouldnt trust these clowns to do anything.............. N Faust

Gerald Maffeo Tim worked on our Winnebago Sprinter RV which died right at the Sinclair in Bishop. Based on the message on the screen, we were all convinced it was due to the DEF which was very low. He brought his computer but couldnt find a problem. No wonder, because it turned out to be the starter motor, which had to be ordered from Germany. we foundthisafter towing the RV to the MBZ sop in Lancaster. It was obvious that Tim did all that was possible to get it fixed. We highly recommend him.

Ariana #1Tow Truck ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I’m very grateful and thankful to God for Brad and his amazing crew, they are truly Angels. I had a really bad experience my car got stuck during the snow storm on 2/7 at 11 pm on 6 East towards Queen Canyon Rd on the side of the road. It was a really scary experience and it was below 30 degrees. I was beyond scared and feared for my life since the semis kept sliding and black rock ice were hitting my car. I unfortunately called the wrong ppl named “Wolfpack Towing and Recovery” Ppl plz be aware and don’t make the same mistake like I did! On the phone they stated it was a certain price and when they charged my card it was way more than agreed. Second red flag they were stalling and never communicated. I was stuck on the side of the road and my life was in danger and I honestly thought I had no hope. I was there from 11 pm to 9 am the next morning. I didn’t receive no courtesy call or txt from them until I kept calling and they simply said the driver was not even at the destination he was home and wouldn’t be able to pick me up because he had to go to a funeral. Mind you they charged me close to 500 dollars and they had no compassion or empathy in letting me know they simply didn’t care. I was livid and started to worry because the snow was caving in, it was below 30 degrees and here I am in the middle of no where with half a tank and it was really cold. All the tow trucks I called were really rude and declined to drive and do their job as a tow truck. As soon as I called BISHOP CARE CENTER they were really compassionate and helpful. They said YES right away we can go get you send me the info. I was crying at this point and they treated me with respect and compassion. And the price was very reasonable compared to other ridiculous high prices. Brad came to the rescue and I was finally saved. If you want to feel heard and respected but most of all valued call Bishop Care Center. They treat you as family and they really love their profession. They’re kind and generous and keep their word when they say they got you! Thank you Bishop Care Center for everything you do. You guys are amazing and I’ll forever be thankful to you all.

John Christopher Nelson These guys got through my oil change quick & easy and alerted me to my need for new tires. I hadn’t realized the tread was so worn down but they showed me specifically where the tires presented a risk for driving. I appreciated that it sincerely felt like this automotive shop wasn’t trying to just sell me something, they were also letting me know something important about my personal safety. I plan to get the new tires there but am still arranging safe transit back to Bishop. Added, 2/3/25: I couldn’t figure out how to post an additional review, but these guys would totally get another 5 star review. After following their advice and driving safe as I could manage back to Bishop (don’t even Attempt getting your car worked on in Tonopah, fyi), they had all four tires on within about an hour for less than the quoted price, and with a surprise $50 Firestone gift card to boot. I’ll happily continue making the trip to Bishop for any and all needs that arise with my vehicle. These dudes are legit.
