My Insurance with Farmers recommended this place. Kevin was excellent customer service, when I called about the status of car. He will response to me right away with details. Thank you very much. Greg Trumbo Weve had our Rav4 repaired here twice, and their work was perfect! We wanted to make sure that we found a place that wouldnt have issues matching the paint so we called our local dealer and they quickly recommended Tracy Collision, and we are very happy they did. We setup an appointment with Sal, who was very knowledgable and friendly. Once we had the quote done, we scheduled the work and they took it in. All work was completed in the estimated time (if not sooner) that they gave us. It came out as good as it was when it came off the lot. They worked directly with our insurance so it was a very smooth process. Any time we have work needed, we will be going to them!

Lg Bates Cars alternator went out on my way to work, stuck on the Altamont (Daughter says the Altamont is a car killer) no lie, AAA driver (Eric) recommended the shop extremely impressed with the service and got my wheels back before 2pm. Found a new mechanic

Michael Arellano I hadn’t been in an accident in many years so I was nervous about the whole process and Central Valley Collision really took care of me. The process was seamless and quick! Within 3 days I had my front bumper, grill, and headlight replaced on my 2021 BMW 330i. They even cleaned the inside and outside of my car! They did an excellent job and I would definitely recommend them to all my family and friends! Thank you Gerardo and team for the excellent customer service and for making my car look brand new!

Taiyeb Raniwala Paint didn’t match and when I brought up, they didn’t think it was a big deal. They think that a wash and wax they offer after 30 days is enough. I’ve had body damage on this vehicle before and the other shop I’ve taken it to, there has never been a paint difference.

Arah Evans My check engine light came on yesterday for about 5 hours then turned off after getting gas. I was hesitant to bring the car in for fear of paying for something I dont actually need, but Im very glad i did. They did a thorough diagnostic and couldnt find any obvious problems, and offered to do an oil change since I was past due. I definitely feel relieved that I could trust them to be honest about the condition of my car. Was worth the $150 for peace of mind, and to now have a mechanic I can trust. Thank you and shout out to the mechanic, Nate for going over everything in detail with me that he did for my car.

Luis Angel Solorio Sonny, is the worst. Horrible communication skills. Called later to get a quote on how much it would be to service my car, said he would call back in 30 mins with an estimate. Never heard back. This is after I spent $600 plus for a diagnostics and a battery change at their shop, that supposedly was ‘bad’. They are very over priced, let alone rude. AAA recommended this shop for the silly %10 off… that’s just a gimmick. Will call and let them know how unprofessional these people are. And that %10 is pure bull

Rick Davis This shop has been great for our auto repair needs. The staff communicates well to let you know the needed repairs as well as recommended services. The repairs and services were all done in a timely manner. Joe, the manager, was great to work with. I would recommend this shop.

Jocelyn Soriano On my way home, I was smelling burning rubber under my car due to my shield cover dragging and smelling through my vents. I called Caliber collision in Tracy and right away they took my car in to remove the cover and throw it away. They were very helpful and quick to remove my shield cover. Thank you caliber collision for the exceptional customer service and making me feel welcomed! I fully want to share my recommendations for anyone who wants service through this location! Jas Singh This is a good place to get your car serviced. You can request that only the bare minimum tasks that are mandatory to move forward and your request is honored. I have got spark plugs n alternator replaced, with same original/genuine spare parts. I had requested my car to be serviced early as I needed it next day and it was prioritized.

Melvin Montano I was looking into a used car for my son in Tracy and wanted to get it checked out before buying it and giving it to him. Luckily the owner of the car agreed to a pre-purchase inspection so we met at Japanese Auto Service. The shop had a nice waiting area with a TV and even coffee. The mechanic did a thorough inspection and let us both know the status of the car. He was very honest and mentioned that nothing needs immediate fixing but if something breaks down in the future, he can fix it. Super friendly.

erick ruiz I had my brakes and rotors done today. I cannot say enough about the service and quality of work from Tracy Auto Service. He was so friendly and made me felt so welcome and I thought I had to get rid of my car but amazingly he look at every option and I’m so happy because he fixed my car. I really thought I had to go look for a new car, but for low fee, he was able to solve the problem. He must’ve spent hours and hours trying to diagnose the problem. D. Horton Originally took my Van in to get a diagnose on my A/C issue I was having. I’ll say this, their diagnosis was very detailed and included multiple photos. Which leads me to believe this is a solid group of guys. I also took my wife’s car in for brakes and rotor’s to be removed and replaced and was satisfied with the outcome. If there ever comes a point where they wrench on diesel engines they’ll be my first stop.

Joel Valencia This guys did a outstanding job with the installation of a lifting kit for my truck, I has a Toyota 4runner the guys installed a 3 inch lift kid (fox 2.5 shocks and coilovers + JBA upper control arms) and leveling the truck, the 4runner looks awesome and thanks to the guys for the great service, Patrick is very helpful when it comes to mechanical advice and he also provides a great customer service, everybody on the shop are friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this repair shop.

Danny Olmstead Mary and Bud are good people who operate their business with natural honesty and integrity. I feel lucky to have found them after working with another local shop for years who kind of changed their ways. As I’ve become to know them, Bud is an ex airplane mechanic, works efficiently and precisely which results in a quick turn around. Mary runs the office tight, and quotes, billing and communication are five-star. As a euro car owner for years that does basic maintenance on my own I highly recommend them. A+…and great low key personality as well are a bonus.
