Gampi Shankar: Juan is a remarkably honest person. We were lucky to be redirected to him when our rental car had a burning-tire smell as we were just starting on a 5-day holiday on Hwy-395. He was super-efficient, no fuss no muss, clinical in his efficiency. Very reasonable and the rarest find in a place where most people dread having car issues, in the middle of nowhere. Kudos to Juan and I wish him and his business well. May his honesty and spirit of service spread far and wide. Heartfelt Thank You to you, Juan!

Bryan Carrero: I never thought I would say this about any mechanic and/or shop. Brett, the mechanic was extremely honest, extremely professional, provided me with a sense of confidence. He allowed me to be updated on every step , he also was extremely helpful, kind and considerate. I’ve never experienced this kind of customer service, service excellency, and integrity at a mechanic shop. If he has the space and or the availability, I will bring back all my vehicles to this professional mechanic shop.

Alex Arndt: Tim, the owner, was very kind and very helpful. My Sprinter RV van had a diesel leak spewing diesel everywhere in the engine compartment and Tim offered guidance about insurance, towing, vehicle maintenance and more. In the same day, Tim was able to get my vehicle running again so I could continue on my road trip. Thanks Tim.

Anna Heelan: We had a flat tire while passing through Bishop, and Rob at A&L Tire went above and beyond to help us out. He was kind, efficient, and got us back on the road quickly. So grateful for his professionalism and great service—highly recommend! Front desk staff very friendly as well!
Britts Diesel & Automotive - Bishop
Dave: Just had my 2006 Mandalay Presidio serviced by Britts and I was really pleased with their work. Carri and Glen who handle the invoices and parts ordering in the office are also two helpful folks youll appreciate. Last year, they repaired my leveling system... Glen took the time to crawl underneath my rig and discovered that Camping World (Last owners always had it repaired at Camping World in Oregon) mechanic had reinstalled the leveling system incorrectly. They also replaced all 8 springs on my leveling legs and now they retract correctly. Busy shop, so be patient and if you want OEM parts, its up to you to make sure thats what is ordered and installed. You wont go wrong using this shop for any heavy duty needs you require ! Thank you Britts Diesel !

Sierra Auto Body Works - Bishop
N B: I’d like to thank Jim and his crew for the outstanding service I received. I was really upset after my car accident and Jim’s calm demeanor helped ease the pain. They went above and beyond to get my car back to me looking like brand new—their work is excellent!! Sierra Auto Body Works couldn’t have made me happier!
Inyo Mono Body Shop - Bishop
Dnyedy: Whats going on at this shop. inept. put the wrong lower radiator hose on 2012 Highlander which rubbed against a pulley and ended up cutting through, dumping all the coolant on a 105 degree day. only good thing about this was it ruptured in town instead of out in the desert somewhere. also didnt replace the low wiper fluid sensor even though there were two indicators on the dash showing the malfunction. sensor was at the point of the damage so definitely a result of the impact. Also left clips off of the shroud; left the caps off of the AC ports. once again; inept at their one job. wouldnt trust these clowns to do anything.............. N Faust
