Naturally Ugo: I brought my car in to be seen by this mechanic. He seemed charismatic so I felt comfortable like I could trust my vehicle with him. He told me that the battery for my Mercedes is incorrect and that he needed to change it. When I told him I can’t afford to pay $480 for battery change and a relay caps. He said well if you can’t pay that then I have to charge you a diagnostic fee of $165 which was never mentioned when I brought my vehicle in! Beware of mechanics like this that try to get money out of you any way they can! I’m just glad my vehicle is no longer in his possession! I will never return for services here.

Jennifer Banuelos: Gerald and his family were amazing! We were 12 hrs into our drive till my suv started to act up. It was past buisness hours I started to freak out. My husband called Gerald and he said to bring it. We had to call a tow truck and dropped it off at his house which he has a a garage to work on these vehicles. We had to leave our car due to it being transmission problems we had to rent a car to make it down to a wedding. Gerald kept in contact we had to get a new transmission and it was affordable. He even called us to make sure we got back home without any problems. So if you brake down in Bakersfield dont freak out because Geralds there! Update: Its been 5 years and my transmission is still running strong!
