1 /5 Naturally Ugo: I brought my car in to be seen by this mechanic. He seemed charismatic so I felt comfortable like I could trust my vehicle with him. He told me that the battery for my Mercedes is incorrect and that he needed to change it. When I told him I can’t afford to pay $480 for battery change and a relay caps. He said well if you can’t pay that then I have to charge you a diagnostic fee of $165 which was never mentioned when I brought my vehicle in! Beware of mechanics like this that try to get money out of you any way they can! I’m just glad my vehicle is no longer in his possession! I will never return for services here.

From the moment I drove up, he was professional, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable, breaking down everything to me in a simple manner. The repair to my car was done efficiently, and the price was more than fair for the quality of work. My car is running better than ever, and I appreciate their attention to detail. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can truly trust, but man joe has earned a lifelong customer. Highly recommend to anyone in need of top-notch auto services. He won’t let you down !

5 /5 Acceptall: Our Subaru Outback breaks wore out on our trip from Portland to Palm Springs. Late on a Friday night I called JB who picked up on a first ring. He repaired the breaks within two hours at a reasonable price and did an excellent job. We cannot thank him enough. Without JB, our trip would have been ruined! Thank you JB. You are the BEST!

5 /5 Jessica Haller: Joe was incredible! We were on a road trip to San Francisco and started having trouble with our brakes. We were concerned to keep driving and were about 30 minutes out from Bakersfield at the time. We found Joes shop and called and he diagnosed the issue over the phone and then went to buy parts so that he could fix the issue immediately upon our arrival at the shop. He arrived promptly with the supplies and had our van fixed up and we were out the door within 1.5 hours so we could get back to our road trip. He really helped us out in a pinch and the vans brakes are doing great now. Highly recommend!
